This use to be such a great game with decent rewards to obtain enough gems for the next level. But now it is almost impossible to get ahead without spending DAYS to earn 1 gem or 1 point toward a random power up. Which you then can use to buy upgrades (which those prices have skyrocketed lol) I have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt because it is visually appealing and quite addictive to play. But the fact that have to click one thing soooooo many times for it to register is extremely frustrating. Especially when it took me DAYS to “save up” for a power up and I lose due to the fact I clicked something and it didn’t register. I thought people were exaggerating in the comments when they reported this glitch but after giving it a few months this is just ridiculous and none of the updates seem to fix this issue. This was one of my favorite games now I don’t even want to waste my time playing anymore. It’s not worth it once you advance to the second set of levels. Don’t waste your time unless you want to spend real money to get ahead without days of saving.Show lessAbond1233456

The game is really fun to play the only things that are really annoying is the fact that you can’t replay any levels to reach some of the goals, you don’t receive enough boosters to get through the levels, after playing for a certain amount of time your upgrades take hours and it’s like the game is rigged to make you fail so you come back to play again the next day.. I suggest never using your boosters unless absolutely necessary and I think they should initially start off with 2x as many than originally offered to keep people playing. Also one more thing, there are not enough rooms for all of the guests and most of the time they don’t leave the room that another guest may want so when needing to earn smiles I keep getting 10/11 over that stupid fact. I’m currently stuck on level 49 of Regata and I play a lot less now that it takes so long to earn gems and boosters so it’s not as fun as it was initially. Hopefully this issue is fixed and more rooms are added or at least more boosters and gems are earned to make the game more enjoyable.Show lessWazeusrhoney

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! All levels in the game can be passed without buying and using boosters, you can actually take them only in the most difficult points. To make it easier for you to progress in the game you need to gradually exchange rewards for hotel improvements. At level 49, you can ignore what color room your guests want, and you can also take your time to put them in a cab.I was misled by the advert for this game
When I saw the advert for this game it looked fun but after downloading it realised I had been misled.
I was shown an elevator and different levels, and this was not what I got at all. It’s just the same game in different locations, and while I had fun at first despite the misleading advert I have now become bored. Where is the elevator the advert showed me? And nobody can try telling me I downloaded the wrong game because I used the link in the advert to download the game, so it’s definitely the right game.
The other thing that bugs me is that I have spent real money on this game to buy the purple gems you need to make improvements to your hotel and any power ups as well. You don’t get any from completing levels, and only when you reach a chest do you get some but it’s only one or two. I have spent more money than I wish I had to advance in this game and now I’ve had enough.
Between this and the false advertising I am done. Maybe in the future I will try downloading the game again and see if it’s improved, but who knows.
I am giving it three stars to be fair to the fun I had at the beginning playing this game, but I can’t go higher due to the disappointment.Show lessDisneyM12

However, our game is still in development and we are working to improve the level balance and there may be an elevator in the next updates.It shut down all the time...
I loved this game for a while but lately it shuts down all the time now even in the middle of the game... Very sad it is happening so I hope sorted out soon.nejico72

I love playing this game, I really enjoyed it. When this was recently update, before update, I normally watch reward to collect 2 gems every 6 hours which I love it. Now I have go to reward folder to earn the gems, I have to fill in the survey e.g win £100 gift card Argos etc then I can claim the gems so I can upgrade the hotel service but unfortunately I got phone calls and emails from the survey saying that I need pay for postage fee and I won the prize e.g. iPhone … I am so fed up so I have stop using the survey which is mean that I can’t earn the reward. I will earn 2 gems every morning which is takes longer like I need 9 gems for room upgrade which I have to wait for 5 days. Please bring back to watch the reward so I can earn 8 gems per day so I can enjoy and carry on playing then game.Show lesscat6767

I am giving 4 stars only because of how much I have enjoyed this game in the past. However, on this recent update you have taken away almost every opportunity to obtain free gems…there is no daily bonus when signing in the first time, no ads to watch every six hours, and even more importantly, there is no incentive to go back and play older levels since the 1-3 gems after playing 5 levels has been taken also.
I know that there is the new awards book feature, but 1 gem for going back and serving 500 drinks? Or the system where you have to download other apps and make purchases?
You keep telling people that the game is designed for free-playing, and it WAS before now if you were patient, but the amount of patience now required is no longer enjoyable. Please reconsider your latest update on how to earn gems. Thank you!Show lessmlwonderwoman
Great game BUT…
Great fun game BUT gems that are required for upgrades have now become harder to get. I used to be able to play the older levels and get a gem or two for every five levels completed but the developer took that away. I have coins that are useless without gems yet I keep earning more and more coins I can’t use - at least let me be able to exchange useless coins for gems OR give back the option to earn gems for older levels I’ve already completed. They’ve also started giving less gems for completing new levels in this great push to have you spend your money to buy gems instead. I definitely recommend this game but be prepared to be frustrated because of a lack of gems for upgrades. My daughter has stopped playing altogether and I’m ready to follow her lead. I understand the developer needs purchases to make the game profitable but at the same token you’re totally killing the user experience and giving us a reason to find alternative things to do with our time, which come to think of it, might not be such a terrible thing.Show lessDraw S.

This is an awesome game. I love how there aren’t to many adds it makes it more enjoyable without them. I would just maybe add ways that you can buy the fire crackers and fast feet little things make sure it is not an in game purchase though because some people can’t afford it so maybe make that you use the game coins instead.
