Latest update took away the gems!!! 😡
I’ve played this game from the beginning and I have played some levels over 500 times. All of my hotels are upgraded to the absolute. But I’m not willing to play through levels if I can only get 1 or 2 gems for like 30 times played. It’s not worth the time I have to play it. Guess I’ll just stop playing it and wait until I can just watch two ads and get two gems every six hours. I’m very disappointed in this latest development. The achievement thing is great but if I have to spend more like 100 gems to upgrade a hotel and then the “reward” for that achievement is only one gem, it will take FOREVER to upgrade my hotels. Not only that but I’ve already upgraded all my hotels so I can’t get the gems for those achievement ive already met, but you’ve really lessened the gems given when playing older hotels. It’s dumb! Maybe that’s your point 🤷🏼♀️ so you can keep up with the demand. But in the end I’m just frustrated and it makes me not want to play it.Show lessBGprettymomma

Hello! We're constantly working on adding more ways to get free rewards to the game! We think it will make the game more interesting for players, because now you will be able to try out new interesting quests, in addition to the usual passing levels. You can also do special quests in the Bank menu and get gems!UPDATE: No more farming
This game is fun even when you don’t win all the time. I even love to see the little angry faces of the people when you miss their order. Can you please add more types of people to keep it interesting? Please add some portly women and skinny business men and young hiking lads to be more diverse and body positive.
UPDATE: Whoah. So the devs have decided to remove farming for gems by replaying lower hotel levels. In return they have added an ‘achievements’ book to earn gems, but there is no way to receive the gems for the achievements you have already earned. NOT COOL. In addition this is just a grab to force players to buy gems because hotel improvements cost a lot of gems and there is no way to farm them now. Way to ruin a great game.
You should keep both the farming and the achievements book. People would just play more to get the paltry gems you can gain from achievements and they would buy gems if they get frustrated or they want a short cut. By removing the farming, players will just delete the game. This money grab sure left a bad taste in my mouth. Downgraded to two stars.Show lessCandyBuffet

Good afternoon! You can still get additional gems as you progress through endless levels. One gem can be obtained for every 10 levels. Gems can also be obtained during the game by completing tasks from the book of achievements, it's much easier. In addition, we have added new opportunities for obtaining free gems by downloading partner applications.I really enjoy the game but…
I really enjoy the game but I have purchased A LOT of boosters in this game. I never those I’d be one those those people, but I absolutely love this game. However, it is hard to upgrade your hotel when you’ve finished 5 levels and all you receive are maybe 1 or 2 diamonds. And I’m talking about the levels that are AFTER the 80 levels, not the ones before. You would think that the higher levels you go, the higher the diamonds you would receive, but you actually only receive like 1 point towards 1 of your boosters and 1 diamond after every 5 levels after you’ve reached your 80 levels. That’s the most frustrating for me.
I want to keep playing, so I just log in everyday to get the coins and a diamond or 2, but the lack of diamonds are what’s keeping me from playing right now since I can’t update anything and my bank account has taken a punch in the gut. LolShow lessMehblahblahblahjohnsmith
Pros & Cons
Not a bad game. Really entertaining & I love that it’s up to date. However a couple bugs that need to be fixed for instance I noticed playing the game at level 79(right before the next hotel level) was one of my customers would get out of the helicopter to “check in” but instead of stopping at the desk (where I would send them to rooms)they just go down the steps(passing the check in desk & sauna) and out the door as if they’ve already been checked in & checked out. Which constantly messes up my game if I can’t treat someone who doesn’t check in (the current level I’m stuck on because of this issue; I even screenrecorded.) Another bug I noticed was sometimes I would play the game and it would glitch out and return to my iPhone home screen where I would lose a life. This has happened more times than I can count on hand & I’ve had the game for over 1 year. Please fix these glitches before I just give up & delete the app!Show less__thatgoddess
Fun but
This is a fun game but it cheats some with the outcomes to push you to spend your jewels to finish a level. Also, the awards (prizes) are not very substantial. When you get to a gifts within a level, it looks like you have won several items but in truth you only get the award if you get to 10. Then you get just one. You do get all the jewels but usually just a few. As of this writing you don’t get more than 10. If you are going to give actual prizes, let them be substantial. Otherwise it just feels like you give a few so the players are forced to PURCHASE items to continue. The same is said for the special events that come up. The prizes or gifts are minimal even the big gift at the end of the event. It just makes you feel like you’ve been tricked. That will work for a bit but at some point, all players will opt not to play at all. The creators would do better to be more generous with the gifts. Players will still need to buy at some point and you don’t feel like you’ve been cheated and tricked.Show lessEbonyAppH8r
Unfortunate change to game
Update: the developers were correct, and they’ve added new levels. Unfortunately, they also recently changed how you get jewels and thus how you can upgrade. I see what they’re trying for, but it doesn’t work as it is. There used to be an incentive to continue playing earlier levels. (Something the developers touted, btw, which makes this change even more irritating.). Now there’s virtually no reason to play earlier levels, and very little incentive to play later ones. I still play, but considerably less frequently and with less pleasure. Suggestion: if you’re going to keep this new incentive, add some for the earlier levels and make some that are less ridiculous — eg, serve 7,777 people with guitars — so that there’s a reason to play. You’ve got a great game here. Not clear why you’re doing this.
I really enjoyed this game. As the developers said in response to another review, you have to be patient, go back to earlier levels, get some diamonds, and then improve the level you’re on. You also can’t play this game standing in line at the grocery store. It takes concentration. But that’s why I liked it. Challenging enough that you felt pleased when you won. I have really enjoyed this game and have played many levels without spending real money. Even though it can get a bit boring I have replayed previous hotel levels to earn gems, to help with upgrades for new hotels. When the new achievements board was introduced I thought it would be great to finally have new ways to earn gems from playing all hotels. However - all the achievements for all my old hotels are already marked as complete so I don’t get the gems for them. Any hotels I can still get achievements for, I need upgrades to complete - and for that I need gems - and you have removed the option to win gems by playing old levels! The only way I can now earn gems is to get 2 per day for signing in - that’s not playing a game! How boring. Tell me how to earn gems without spending real money and I will continue to play - otherwise, game over!
An addition to the above review. I have enjoyed playing the new hotel - nice! However, sadly I cannot progress further with it without upgrades. For upgrades I need gems and there is still no way to win them. The game is now pointless. Shame.Show lessR644

Have to purchase gems to get any progression in game. I’m stuck at hotel 2 lever 37. Need 10 smiles. Best I got was 8,!normally only get 5. You need to upgrade hotel to succeed.I’ve Been here for over a week now. Out of principal I won’t purchase gems. Guess I’ll be moving on.jd hog nz

Thanks for your feedback! This is a difficult level, but it can be completed. Try upgrading the hotel so guests can wait longer and Ted can work faster. Please note that at this level you do not need to call a taxi on time and place guests in their rooms by color. I really enjoy playing this game. I’ve currently completed walk the available levels and still playing while waiting for an update. It is challenging enough to keep you engaged, but I can still move through the levels with a bit of work. I do like that you can go back and play in old hotels after you’ve completed them and moved to the next level. It can take a little time to get the hang of just where you should tap an item, but otherwise it doesn’t seem to have dead spots on the screen. A couple of suggestions for improvement: as you move into a new region, the coins earned are too low to make the necessary improvements. The coins earned don’t really go up from level to level, but the prices for upgraded items really goes up. That can be frustrating as you repeat a level over and over, hoping to earn enough coins to make improvements. Also, the rate at which you earn the special powers (speed, time, coins) could go up after 80 levels have been completed, since you aren’t earning many gems anymore. Lastly, it would be great if the “continue” function (which costs 20 gems) could have an “are you sure” feature. I’ve lost many gems by inadvertently tapping on that. I’m on the silver pike location now, but I’ve noticed it with the hotel before which is the paradise, but what ive been noticing is if I press something/ someone for the bellhop you go to it would not make a note of it, for instance, if I need him to go to someone during a busy time and this always happens when he’s delivering, so let’s say I have lobster and press someone who wanted lobster which is let’s say “2” but because everyone is asking for things I’m also clicking what and who he needs to get next. So as I’m doing this I realize that although I pressed someone for slot 2, it would make it seem like I didn’t. This has been happening since the paradise location and it just happened now at silver pike! I’ve lost the game many times for that one hiccup. Just now, I pressed for him to go to someone and I realized the bellhop skipped her, I pressed her again and it didn’t mark her as a number. Idk if the developer is purposely doing this because I’ve played this one level about 7 times and it made me miss the hot season. Level 24 of silver pike is purposely making me lose. You’re supposed to reach 1450 coins, each time I’ve been less than 20 away or they’ll have about 10 customers come at once and this level is you can’t throw anything away, Miss a customer, or order. This level is purposely making you lose, and if you get everything it’ll make sure you don’t reach the coin count you need or the time runs out. Good day! Try upgrading your hotel so guests pay more for room rates and bookings. The required improvement can be selected in the journal. You can upgrade tea or dessert, these upgrades are inexpensive and will allow you to complete the level. Also, guests will pay more if they are placed in the rooms by color. If you do not have enough gems to buy, you can earn them in previous hotels, passing endless levels.
