This app makes easy to reload my tap card at home.
The activation of each reload takes some time. So what I do is reload my tap card the night before morning to get ready my pass.

it's ridiculous
Yesterday I added money. Today the "stored value" says X and then the "Pending Passes Stored Value" says another number. Are they processing things with an old fashioned credit card machine? This is 2 full years since I've used this and literally nothing has changed. Capitalism corrupted our government at all levels and now we have bozos making tech decisions. It's really that simple.

Missing features...
I wanted to review my rides over the last 31 days. I was only able to look at this calendar month.
I sometimes use a combination of agencies, like today, wren buying a day pass for 1 and, a multiple ride pass, for another. The app only allows 1 purchase in the cart, resulting in multiple charges.
Not good. Please fix these.

Not happy…
The app won’t let me sign in, this has been going on for over 2 years now. I have tried resetting and ever time, it says error. This is only on the app, not the Apple wallet.
Inaccurate to when the bus actually comes
The app always lies when the bus actually arrives and of course it costs me time and money to make up for their mistake
Use on additional device
Unlike intelligently coded apps, this one doesn’t reside conveniently on both of my iPhones.
We should be able to login and use the app regardless of the device on which it is installed.

Save your money
Just steals your money on wanting to buy a tap card put $5 on the card and I was charged but no amount on the card
Non functional
If they made this app usable, the city of Los Angeles would actually be able to make money. Just tell the bus driver that you can’t figure out the app, and they’ll let you ride for free.
Trash and the transportation itself is nasty
I pay to ride a train or a bus with people that have deficated on themselves,people smoking hardcore drugs . Also the app is buggy and unreliable. I feel like im paying for and adrenaline rush because its unsafe
