Horrible. Not user friendly. Repeatedly get msg that I need invitation to access
I’ve been in this app and had nothing but problems EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to access it. You can on the phone and are invited to use the app to accomplish things like med refill requests, cancel/schedule an appointment, view lab results & recent procedures, update patient profile or send a secure message to their provider. I can’t do any of that. Each time I’ve logged in I have trouble. So much for user friendly. I feel I need a PhD to navigate and actually GET through to “my” patient portal…. And when I contacted their IT support for help, the guy actually asked for my PASSWORD!!! I’m sorry. What’s secure about this??????? With all the $ ppl spend on healthcare for ANY reason, they could have put more money and effort into a system that is actually secure and WORKS. Epic fail. Truly. Very disappointing. Such a waste of time and effort.

Unable to complete
New to the program and finding now that I still can’t enjoy because I need to figure out how to get an invite.
ER admission
I was well taken care of by the contracted ER department. After a frustrated week of post Covid bronchitis respiratory and Sinus bacterial infections, fevers, dehydration, killer headaches, being told at Urgent Care at the NNMG office on Vista and Los Altos only after trying to get ahold of my primary (Left correspondence on portal) provider, that they would only follow post Covid-19 virus protocol which does not include antibiotics. I was really sick and knew it. Your ER was thorough, comprehensive and also listened. Chose the right diagnostic to get me stabilized quickly. Chose the right course of treatment I am much better!!
