Was “working” before the Premium “upgrade” on my IPad Pro…

Premium opens but crashes evert time I choose a music something to play. Nice “upgrade”. D’oh,

Bad

This is the worst app I have ever used for audio , plus I have a RS201E and it's also garbage and a waste of money , this company is all hype , I have integrated amps retail for 250 USD that beats their amp from remote function to apps , and never mind about rose remote it's truly junk , if you buy anything from these guys you will regret it .

Gets worse with every update

This is embarrassingly bad. I cannot even search for artists in the “Music” section since the last update. Terrible app. So bad it makes me question the entire company. Had I known I would never have purchased one of these units. I do not think anyone who built the device or the app has actually used it.

Dumpster Fire

If I knew how bad this app was, I would NEVER have purchased this unit! It almost never works and you have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it!!! For $3500, this is Bulls$&t!!!

No Tidal Connect. Premium - not a chance

This very expensive system is said to be the audio “premium” product but it is not. No Tidal connect and their app is horrible. They are hardware people - not app developers. Save your money. Go with a developer who listens.

Very poor design,

I unfortunately have to use this app for to work my 150b. For such a great piece of equipment the app is a major let down. It is composed of a UI and UX journey that has been thrown together. Not much thought has been put into it by the product managers, developers etc. the misalignment of the control looks like it has been designed by a 5 year old. Playback of previous searches music or current music choice is poor if you leave the app, the continue where you left off could be a lot lot slicker. As said for such a great piece of equipment in the 150b the app is a huge massive let down. Just a shame you find out about it after purchase, as I think I would not have been so keen to purchase if I had known the UX past the hardware was this bad.

Terrible

Everything about this expensive unit has been terrible. I’m so disappointed.

Worst app ever

Connected a 520 via Ethernet and all works well until router reassigns IP. Can’t use a static IP so every time it changes, the App won’t find the device. Impossible to refresh the device list. The app is essential for use as Tidal can’t see my device without the App being connected to it. For such a great device, the App is a major let down.

Worst app ever!

Without mobile control over the HIFI rose device it’s worthless
And this app is worthless
If I wasn’t running my tv through passive speakers via the HIFI rose I would take out a sledgehammer and smash it to bits
( tell us how you really feel)

App can’t connect with my RS130 via WiFi
