Unable to select Multiple Videos
Why can’t I select and delete multiple photos and videos at a time? I have to delete each one of them by swiping left. I purchased the app and now I regret itnavbond007

Trying to drop the app before renewal
I’ve been trying to drop this app before the renewal goes through because it deleted a bunch of my pictures that we’re not duplicates. Yes it was fast but it got rid of some important pictures.I want to unsubscribe and quit perform more damage is doneunhappy97
Absolutely ridiculous, f**cked up all my contacts

So this marvellous claiming app can’t even do the basic contact merging… absolutely ridiculous, 2000 contacts all over the place, there is no limit to the damage it has done to my phone. Absurd. Do yourself a big favour, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS!!!!!!! EDIT: Few days have passed now, and I’m only now just realising the magnitude of the damage that this app has done to my contact list. Many contacts appear under the same names even though they’re not remotely related, many others have been duplicated by the app itself and now I have contacts in my phone book that are not recognised but as I enter the contact the phone realises is the same number… this app is a complete mess! OMG!! I’m ever downloading photos and forgetting which folder I saved them so always having duplicates. And I’m one of this trigger happy parents who takes many photos for memories sake but it’s just duplicates of the same scene. Also a hobbyist photographer so take so many photos just so that I can choose the best one later and when I do then I’m too overwhelmed to go back and select to delete. The negative comments did put me off but actually it’s fine. I haven’t paid for the premium. I just let the 25th come ad play and get my duplicates deleted. You get what you do & don't pay for. I didn’t pay for it, so I expect to have to go the long way round for a clean up & its fine. anything you’ve accidentally deleted can be found in ‘recently deleted’ in your pictures. This app is a great idea. Instead did me scanning to find duplicates, it does it for you! Result.Show lessShortysWorld
Great app, but…
I’m really liking how simple it is to clean out duplicates, etc in the app! The only thing I found a problem with is with the “similar photo” screening. I ended up having to meticulously go through all 900+ suggested deletions and select which ones were/weren’t similar or what they call “best” quality. The AI that sorted all my photos often chose blurry photos to keep rather than the similar but clearer alternatives, and a good few of the “similar” photos didn’t look at all alike. Like… I kid you not, one of the image “matches” was one photo of a bird and another of a cat! It was baffling how sometimes it was very accurate but others… not so much. Either way, it still saved me a ton of time by sorting most of them right & doing all the heavy lifting of deleting for me!Show lessPagerda

Every time I try to delete photos I have to press the delete buttons sooooo many times before it will delete. At first I thought it might be because of the quantity of photos but I literally just had to press it 61 times (yes, I counted) to delete 4 photos.
There have been occasions where I’ve spent a lot of time sorting photos to be deleted only to have to abort, completely wasting my time, as they won’t delete.
It makes the whole experience very unpleasant and I would describe the app at ineffective. SO FRUSTRATING to use and definitely not worth the over priced weekly fee.Show lessRLMEWH
