Ghost Files Nightmare!
I used this app for about a month. It did clean out about 2000 of my photos, which were taking up a significant amount of my phone storage. However, the rest of the 18,000 photos had to be reviewed to prevent in intentional deletes. Once done. I canceled my subscription. A week later my phone storage was alerting me that it was full. Made no sense.
I did some research. A tech site suggestion I “Time Travel” (turn date back) check to see if the photos I thought I deleted, “Ghost Files” were there. Indeed, year by year, what I thought was gone was still taking up storage. Mind you the “deleted photos” didn’t appear, when my phone was set at the current date. Frustrated, I wanted Cleanip Phone Storage App off my phone. Guess what? Can’t be deleted. It will be removed when the canceled subscription is a year old. 😑 I’m coming upon the one year removal. This app caused me hours and hours and hours going back to remove the photos it was suppose to have deleted. I could have done that without all the drama.Show lessLakshimi2

Clean up is a fun and easy app for deleting photos that you have duplicated by mistake, this app has made my storage much more empty, you can still enjoy your other photos it selects the best version of the photos and keeps them , clean up helps with anything you need to free up space in you phone , it’s also free just press the little cross when it comes with the money version, and the ad only takes 25 seconds or less , thank you clean up for helping with my storage issues

I don’t mind the ads. it’s good and all it just lets you delete a minimum of 25 photos by watching ads and it can be really annoying I think they should like upgrade it more and then give some people more than 25 photos to delete when watching ads (atleast 40 or 30).H111n
Delete photo that take long
I found it easier using cleanup is help Deleting photos a lots so I don’t have to find the same Photo and delete it just give you the similar photos and just delete it. It can delete videos that is long or that is short you can swipe right to keep and left to delete. Waste of money and time
Here is my experience. I started by downloading the app. It is forcing you to choose payment in order to enable the 3 day free trial. I chose the one off payment and the money were deducted straight away. There was no trial. I then tried to contact the customer support but it is serviced by a cheap defective AI that keeps saying that i should check Apple account and cancel subscription. What subscription? There is no real person to talk to.
THE APP
The app is simple to use. It only identifies what it believes are duplicate photos or similar photos. You still have to go through each of them to confirm deletion or retention. I can do that without this app as I’m checking my pictures folder anyway.
The emails are deleted from the spam folder. No other means of sorting them out.
Is it worth the money? Not in a million years. I definitely don’t recommend this but if you believe this app is the best thing since sliced bread then feel free to pay for it.Show lessPuiu83
Overall amazing 🤩 but only one bad thing
This app is amazing if you see the ads it’s just like the ad because normally apps like this they will make a good ad but a bad app but this was the total opposite. The bad thing is that you have to pay for pro and if you don’t you have to watch a 1 minute ad but still only get half of your things deleted. ok so i’ve got a tik tok account and i edit videos,i didn’t know that there was this app well i would spend hours trying to delete all those old stupid edits to clear space, but ever since i’ve got this app i’ve saved lots of space and i’ve also saved lots of my TIME!! so i say go DOWNLOAD this appBROOKLYN_K

So at first i didnt know what to do like i thought it was not free too use but then i just figured out a way to make it free to use so uhm i whenever im in a page where it has a free trial button not the starter button when u see when u just downloaded it anyway when i click the button it shows double click too subscribe or u have too pay well no 👹 I found a way too do it for free u hear me free anyway u just click the x at the top right corner then it will show u the number of photos or videos that you want to delete and u press delete or cancel cancel= dont want too delete delete = want to anyway or it will show you watch a rewarded ad to delete the number of vids or photos and thats how too make it freeeeeeeeShow lesslillianagirlmoth57

Great app!!!….but…
This app is super awesome and really helpful! It gets everything organized for you so you can go in and delete duplicates and similar or even blurry photos even similar videos or videos at that were only a half a second long. The app put a everything in organized folders for you to open and go threw and it already has the photos and videos selected to delete for you. It does it all for you!!!! Only problem which in my opinion is a big problem because I’m broke!! Don’t trick me into thinking the app is going to work just fine without the subscription and I take the time to double check the pics the app deleted to delete just because I’m picky like that and it times me a little longer then ten mins and I go to delete and it tells me I have reached my deleting limit for today even though I didn’t even delete
