  • Compatibility and multi user

    By itself, the BP monitor works well. However, if you want to synchronize your data with Apple Health you’re out of luck. I want health data sync to Apple Health so I can monitor it with one interface rather than have to use a different app for each function. I will return the unit and delete the app and buy a BP monitor that syncs with Apple Health.

  • No longer works

    The app was working fine until the phone verification was added. Now, no matter what I do it won’t get past phone verification. It also won’t connect with my phone via Bluetooth anymore. Every time I try to pair it, I get an unsuccessful message. I can’t reach the menu to get to “add a device” because the app won’t let me do anything until I verify the phone number, which it won’t let me do no matter how many times I try. So the app is currently worthless.

  • DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DIDN’T CONNECT MY EVENCARE G2

    I was hoping this app would help keep data for the Evencare G2, but it doesn’t. I was really into the interface and thought that it was a pretty nifty app and I would have kept it and used it. But I didn’t want to have to deal with manually entering my blood glucose test readings daily.

    Can you please create a separate app that will automatically send data to the Evencare G2? I think a lot of it’s users besides myself would be interested in using it. Thanks!

  • App able to send pdf

    I bought the BP sleeve because it said wireless and you can share the results with your Doctors. Well it does upload the results to the app and it does have the button to send a pdf. My original review said it didn’t work but working with support I found that it sent to an email address that I wasn’t aware of but once I found out the address it worked great. Thanks to support!!

The send button in the app will send an email with the results to the email account you used when you registered for the app. If you have any problems with receiving the email once you select the button again, please contact our support team by selecting the contact us link that will display our support number to call. We are happy to help!
  • Has a ways to before good app

    Doesn’t track separate users on the Medline blood pressure cuff. It mixes the two users blood pressures up into one history. It was sold as being able to track two users. I recommend trying a different brand until Medline can make their app/equipment combos work right. Also, the Medline consumer level products the app supposedly supports don’t exist. Do an internet search. Nothing!!

    Hi Boise Bounty Hunter. Our blood pressure monitor does support two profiles with the history that is stored locally on the device but when used in combination with the app, our app can only support one profile at this time. We will work to add this ability in a future update.
