Missing a couple key features
We really need a “quick stop” feature so we can pay for stops of 15 minutes or less. If not, then let us “donate” that time to the next parker. Related, would also love to see a zone shift feature so you can move your time to another zone when you are running multiple quick errands. I’m sure these aren’t more profitable, but if you design for user experience then these are no brainers!

Great app to have as a Detroiter
First my complaints and then love. I hate that I have to do a full hour and not just 15 mins parking but whatever it’s only $1.15. I guess it’s fine. I also do not like that it is difficult to add time. There is a certain amount of when you can “add more time” but it is not always available which is super annoying. Aside of those two things on my end it is a great app for parking as long as you can actually find street parking. It is my favorite city app to park. Good pricing and convenient.

Very Convenient
This app makes it convenient to park around the city of Detroit. The “Pay Here” payment stations can be a bit confusing/intimidating so this app lets you pick your parking location and pay the fee from the comfort of your cell phone. You can also pay for parking tickets through this app. I think it charges like .15 to use the app to pay for parking 😎

The worst app ever
I haven’t been able to use my app for over three weeks because the app continues to say that my address doesn’t match my credit card. Pretty sure I know my address for my credit card… tech support was absolutely no help. I reached out to customer services three times and they have yet to help me.
Helpful but can be better
Straight to the point. Great app, easy to set up and use. They’ve always had the reminders part in the app and I am grateful. The only thing I would like to see is if your going to be downtown for a while and moving around. If your able to transfer your remaining time to another spot for example, moving from zone 202 over to zone 216 and your able to use the remainder of your 2 hour meter fee that same day.

-1000 Stars; Do Not Recommend
This app has been trash since they updated the app. Anyone saying otherwise has to be hired to do so or a bot—I’m serious. This app freezes every time I open it. I literally have to close the program several times before it finally works. When it does work, I have to search for my location even after putting in my zone—why??? It’s such a hassle using the app; you’re better off getting out of the car and using coins for parking like it’s 1960. Honestly, the first app was so much better.

Never works. Complete scam
This app never works. Always say something along the lines of connection to bank isn’t accurate or some crap like that. When in reality it’s the city setting it to “off” to scam people into paying parking tickets. This is completely intentional. Another reason Detroit is an absolute trash city. Don’t even download it, just pay at the machine and make sure to keep paying. They want you to get a parking ticket, do not allow that to happen!

Meh - way better parking apps out there
Not the best, got a new iPhone went to log back in kept telling me my login or password was incorrect. I hit reset password wouldn’t send me any emails to reset tried about 50times. (I’m not even joking)
Then I decided I’d create a new account with a different email account- wouldn’t let me do that because my phone number is associated with another account. So I had to leave my house in the freezing cold and go down to my car and do it at one of the boxes SUPER INCONVENIENT
In the past when it does work- you have to wait for each session to complete before you can extend- so you constantly need to set a alarm to remind you to reup your parking. Also it’s finicky and will let you do 2hr periods & then at random times it lets you do 4hr period. some consistency would be nice
Also would be nice if they mentioned the parking times within the zone (ie 7am-10pm) or when it’s a holiday & Sundays when no payment is required

Convenient
The app is very useful, and convenient especially when don’t have change and you found the perfect spot, or your just running late lol. 5 stars all the way.
This app is not accurate with the notifications and contesting tickets BEWARE
app is not accurate with notifications. I received a ticket across from Little Caesar’s Arena after 8 pm the app did not notify me 15 minutes before time that I needed to pay as it was setup.I was advised by someone that location meters stopped at 8 pm my ticket was given at a 8:40 I paid for 4 hours the meter has just expired before the ticket. I contested the ticket the day of never received an email so a few days later I contested it again still waiting for a court day I never received it. In stead I received another ticket in the mail with three price increase this makes me not want to come to Detroit where metered parking is required. My nonprofit brought a lot of people to the Pistons game due to our partnership with the Pistons to come out to a ticket was horrible and to contest twice only to get a ticket price increase from 45 to 95 pay your tickets the first day this system is set up against us and for the city to continue to rip us off anyway they can!
