Krypton 2 XG50 No iPhone Connection

I have done every troubleshooting recommendation I could find online. I have connected to my Krypton 2’s wi-fi network, I have turned off all other wi-fi networks around, I have done a factory reset, I have turned off cellular data, and I have deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing works. The app will not connect to my Krypton 2. I keep getting an error message saying I am not connected to my device’s network. That is incorrect. I tried going to “App Support” and it just takes me to the Yukon homepage. I literally just received my new Krypton 2 XG50 today. Good thing I am within the refund window.

No image or video preview?

You cannot view even a thumbnail preview of a photo or video before downloading it. Just a big list of file names. That’s pretty pathetic. I can play or view photos and videos on a $300 action camera wirelessly, why not here? The result is you just have to download everything and then look through them.

Worst app

Impossible to get this to connect, have tried everything I can find on the internet 👎🏼

You need to work on the Telos. The latest firmware brings some good features but the glitch being experienced with the LRF PiP alignment is not acceptable on a £3.5 unit!

Viewfinder doesn’t display in full screen while in landscape mode

Viewfinder works fine on iPhone but can only take up half screen while in iPad landscape mode.

Love the concept of this. Was able to install my first rifle profile with no problems. The second profile not so much. It won’t let me save the zeroed yardage I use on the scope profile. It keeps changing it back to 109 yds. The library profile is correct, but even when I try to replace the profile on the scope it keeps reverting the zeroed yardage to 109 yds. Also the scope would not connect to the app at all the other day. Would love some advice on how to fix this.

Does not connect

Does not work with iPhone and Axion 2 QX35 Pro, tried everything. Airplane mode, no cell data, auto connect, location settings, all app permissions, definitely a compatibility issue with new iOS software and this software… also Pro is not listed under compatibility list? Or does it automatically fall under the Axion 2 QX35? Very disappointing, $2k can’t vote on phone, can’t update software, can’t easily and wirelessly open photos/videos. Wish I wouldn’t have spent the money

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are having issues with the app. Axion 2 QX35 Pro is definitely compatible with Stream Vision 2. The list will be updated. Our developer is investigating the issue which is pertinent to ios16. Apologies for the temporary inconvenience.

Device no longer connects to phone

I have the Thermion XP38 and use the stream vision 2 app and the app no longer connects to my iPhone, everything has been updated and nothing seems to fix it no matter how many times i delete the app and or restart my devices

Thank you for your feedback. Please check that the phone granted all permissions, including Location, to the app. Make sure Location services are on when launching the app. Also turn on "Flight mode" on the phone, retry connecting.
