The Cortland app is helpful and easy to use!
I’m able to do all things I need to do within the app in a matter of minutes. The app has a clean layout and is easy to navigate. I like how descriptive filling in a service request is. They have categories for every possible issue it appears. I had issues in the past signing in but I have not encountered those issues in a long time. We moved in September 1 and we have been treated with such grace and kindness from the front office we appreciate everything that you do for us I love the apartment and it's so nice and quiet here and we're so happy we found it thank you everyonemary pomeroy
Terrible
This app is terrible. It only lets me log in to my previous apartment complex. When I try to reset my password, it says that it will send me a password. I NEVER received my password. The app does not give you an option to reset your credentials.Braingames98
Useless is an understatement
This is without doubt the worst app I have on my phone. Remember how bad the user experience used to be back in 2010 for things like banking apps - this is like that x 10. It’s genuinely painful to navigate your way around it and it clearly hasn’t been updated in years.Iva biggen

More pros than cons
It’s definitely nice to have an actual app vs having to go through the apartment community website on a browser. But…everything you do and see kind of feels like it was created 5+ years ago. I’m not being a jerk I promise! There are some parts that are hard to navigate because the menu is too far up in the corner, and the keyboard doesn’t optimize for whatever function you’re doing! Just some updating and maybe OS optimizing.Show lessDrwrnld89
Portrait Mode Needed
The app is great, but there’s one feature I would love to see on iPad. I would love to see the app open in portrait mode instead of landscape mode.Future programmer
