Garbage
I hate this stupid app. Before my apartments switched over I was able to over pay my rent and have a credit roll over. Now, I can’t. What kind of crap is that? It’s pathetic. I can’t believe I’m gonna be forced to go get money orders or cashier checks monthly. What an inconvenience. Why not just start from scratch and have someone who knows how to make an app do it properly? What a waste of my time. Properly disappointed and I know your app developers could care less. Feels like home
I’ve been here over a year and enjoy my place very much. It’s spacious and well laid out. The convince of in home washer and dryer is a big plus for me. I put my own personal decorating touch’s both inside and outside.
I like having a handyman on call, from a/c problems to changing light bulbs, the service is friendly, quick and done right the first time.
The single story means no waiting for elevators or carrying groceries upstairs. Conveniently located in Pearland it offers access to many facilities and delivery services from most stores and restaurants. With the pandemic that has really been a BIG plus.
The community activities from Derby Day to National Lemonade Day are always well planned and funny. The online activities have been a challenge but the Attiva staff has found away even with the COVID-19 virus restrictions.
One drawback has been the landscaping. It has suffered from the extreme heat this summer but management is working on the problem.
Keeping affordable prices for the apartments is also a challenge but Attiva is worth considering if your looking for a place to call home.Show lessJudygirl 1001

It’s ok
I’m glad to have an app but there are a couple issues I’ve noticed. Overall though, it’s not terrible
1. It’s slow.
2. Sometimes I’ll click on something and it opens into a new page and there is no back button so I have to close the app out and restart. That’s annoying.alinag1234566

What a headache is to try to use this crappie app. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time on it. Completely useless.Em eeere
Not user friendly
I preferred logging into the resident portal on the website versus this. I feel like the website had a lot more options and was easier to move through. The app doesn’t explain where my the charges are coming from and I like to know what I’m paying for just Incase something is wrong. I wish residents had the option to use the app of the website that way everyone is happy.Show lessIam_Queen688

Surprised this passed App Review
As other reviews have mentioned, this app is just a wrapper around ActiveBuilding’s mobile website, something App Review typically rejects.
Many interactions that are common on iOS are left out of this app: the user experience just isn’t there. Controls are often overlapping, on iPhone X, some of the controls are out of reach as they wrap underneath the bottom bar. Scrolling weirdly scrolls in all 4 directions as I move my finger.
This isn’t really Cortland’s fault, more so ActiveBuilding. Since so many properties use it, you’d think they’d put some actual effort into the user experience.Show lessPattykakez
