Great game
This series really is worth playing.
My only complaint is I found a couple of the challenges impossible to figure out.
I had to resort to a walkthrough as there was no instruction or hint as to how the challenge or puzzle works & even when I found the answer it still made no sense.
Still having said that I’m eagerly awaiting the next chapter.Show lesswioz
Fantastic value entertainment
Delighted to discover this chapter was just as good as the first, if not better. I particularly like the lack of ads which allows for a much more immersive experience. Excellent puzzles and an intriguing story all with a tiny little price tag. So happy to have found this series and very much looking forward to the next chapter.Show lessCatteus
MYST still the best.
This is a good time waster although it is extremely short on gameplay. Some puzzles are super hard (I play on Hard Mode), some puzzles are really easy. Like Chapter 1, some puzzles are even nonsensical and just takes some trial & error. There were a couple of puzzles I was able to complete BEFORE finding the necessary clues/items.
I’ll buy the 4th (and last?) chapter to see how it plays out. Hope it’s longer and more challenging.Show lessSignal2Noise
Impressive and immersive environment
Yes, there are games out there with more challenging and creative puzzles. Most of the puzzles in this game are fairly basic and don’t require a lot of deduction. On occasion a puzzle arrives that is so obscure that logic doesn’t help. Generally speaking, the hint system prods you along nicely when employed, but suddenly when you find yourself confronted by one of these obscure puzzles, frustratingly the hint system abandons you and just solves the puzzle for you move by move.
But where the Meridian series might be lacking in puzzle creativity, it more than makes up the difference in sheer style. The environment is deeply immersive (I really feel like I am walking through these creepy places) and beautifully rendered. Really a gorgeous game to play.Show lessVoicestra

Really enjoyed all three of these parts of Meridian 157. Got so immersed in them that time raced by...during Covid isolation it was a welcome diversion!
Managed 90% of the challenges but still don’t understand the garage opening solution.
Loved the atmospherics and the beautiful artwork.

This game is absolutely brilliant. It’s lovely to look at, atmospheric, and challenging without being fiendish. It’s very satisfying to work out the puzzles (I had to get a pen and paper for one of them - and when I figured it out, it was very exciting). How this is only 2 quid is beyond me. I’d have happily paid more.

Fantastic game!
Whilst I don’t think it’s fair to compare games, if you are a fan of the Forever Lost series or Spotlight, then this game is for you! Very atmospheric, with puzzles that are challenging enough without being completely bizarre. The artwork is beautiful, I loved the change to the snowy scenes. All for £1.99. GREAT Point & Click Adventure/Exploration/Puzzle Game
Chapter 2 is the 3rd installment (free Prologue then Chapter 1). All the great graphics, story, mystery and puzzles of the first two installments. Very well made. See my review of Chapter 1 for more details.
You really get around in this chapter - many diverse environments. Puzzles were fun except one with knobs that I couldn’t figure out so I used the hint system which is a great feature.
Eagerly looking forward to Chapter 3 which the end states is the conclusion “to be concluded...”

Superb gameplay
Totally engrossing. The gameplay is mesmerizing and the puzzles are just the right kind of challenging. Hate to see the franchise come to a close with the next installment. Hopefully the developers have more games to their sleeves. Well done.Kimberly, r&i
Really Excellent Value
Nice atmosphere and puzzles, a story to follow and I always appreciate an in-game camera to refresh the memory. Not a hugely challenging game, but well designed and thoroughly enjoyable.
