  • Meridian 157 chapter 2

Didn’t find it as challenging as the 1st chapter and I played on hard mode. Looking forward to next chapter and hoping it to be more challenging.
  • Amusant. Bien fait.

Les intrigues sont bien proportionnés, belles images et animation interactives intéressantes.
Bravo ! Un super de bon jeu. 🤗😊👍
Ça va être quand le chapitre 3 ??🙏
  • I couldn’t put it down

In my personal opinion, getting this game is a no-brainer. If you haven’t completed the prologue and chapter 1, I would also recommend completing those too. It’s not necessary for chapter 2, but it does give a better context. Can’t wait for the next installment!
  • Good story, UI and hints need work

This is a good story game, evocative of the original Myst. The problem is that since all the backgrounds have a slightly watercolor feel, you can’t tell what is manipulate-able and what isn’t. For some puzzles, it’s not obviously if you should click things, slide them, rotate them, etc. The hints are all-or-nothing. Give me multiple levels of hints, e.g. “I think I need to draw a pattern here” or “it looks like these knobs can be rearranged”. Right now, the hints aren’t “hints”, they’re just answers, which is less fun.

  • Loved it!

Same great experience as the prologue and chapter 1-very clever puzzles and interesting story line. Graphics were incredible and I really enjoyed playing it. Keep up the good work-is chapter 3 really going to be the end of the story?? Please say it isn’t true!!!
  • I love it

Having played the earlier games and really enjoyed them I was thrilled to find the next chapter. It is such great value for money too. Us old pensioners can’t afford these ridiculously expensive games so this is a great boon. Longer than I expected, just tricky enough to get the brain working without making you want to give up. Can’t wait for next level but will be disappointed if it the final chapter. More like this please, and thanks for the hours of entertainment.

    Developer Response

Hey Eighthof8, so glad you have enjoyed it so far! Unfortunately Chapter 3 will be the final chapter of the meridian 157 series, but we have some cool plans for the future as well (puzzle-adventure games, of course) :)
  • Excellent!!

    Worth the wait!

    Art work brilliant!
Puzzles brilliant (even though I’ve not much hair left, you owe me a wig) thank you for the hint system!
    Everything bloody brilliant!!
Thank you to all involved, you’re all bloody brilliant!! 👏🏻👏🏻

Can’t wait for the next two chapters but please please don’t make them in 3D. I cannot abide the whizzing around, I’m on an iPad and find it very hard to control the forward and backward,
I end up on the ceiling/roof/sky/heaven! anywhere except where I want to be.
If you do decide to make any more brilliant games after the Meridian 157 games please don’t make them 3D.
    Thank you. 😃
And yes, I do like a bloody exclamation mark!!!

  • Love this game!

This game is brilliant. The interaction and graphics are so satisfying. It’s unusual in that you have to work out what the puzzles are before solving them - no instructions, just your own wits - so you remain completely absorbed in the world. Can’t wait for the next part.
  • Fun & Hard

Huge fan of the point and click mystery games. This does not disappoint good balance of hard and easy puzzles. That garage door at the end of chapter two I had to look at a walk through to solve. The suspense is killing me! Can’t wait for the third chapter and see how it ends.
  • Really enjoyed this....

This kept me wanting to go back to it. I loved exploring the different areas and the graphics were great too. Really imaginative puzzles, although I found a couple of them quite hard to understand. At least there was the option of hints if needed though. I’m looking forward to the next chapter!
