Made me update password in the middle of washing
Ridiculous. Made me update my password as I was trying to finish washing my clothes. I have to remember what email and password I used to finish drying my clothes? Both my emails didn’t work… luckily it just ended all that randomly and I was able to finish.

Stole my money
I used to use the Facebook login option. When evening I added $20 to my account. The next day when I went to log in, Facebook told me that this login feature wasn’t available. I reached out to the developers and they told me that it wasn’t an “software” issue more or a “local operator issue”. My local operator doesn’t maintain the app.

I liked this app when I had access to a laundry Mat but I no longer have access to a laundry mat. I requested refund 6+ months ago and the status is pending and the help button on the app is useless. I do not know who or how to contact someone to resolve.
