Has never worked properly!
Half the time can not clock in or out at clients location. Having to type in the same info over and over. If the screen closes you have restart the whole app and refill the info in Tasks which is super annoying and time consuming. I’ve never been able to submit for time off on the app it never works and I have to call the office. What was the point of adding “running late” button just for them to call and text while your most likely driving?? I don’t talk and drive so I can’t answer it’s just pointless. Can’t see the timesheet. The care plan is glitching half the time. All around disappointment and I’m sure I left something out

Have to keep removing and downloading app when app is needed during work hours.
Too many issues
This is the most frustrating app, there have been so many issues it has become an almost weekly occurrence. Either it will not load, login, or have my bookings.

The expense section is not showing up in the app.

This App is complicated to me and has too many issues especially with location not being able to clock in and out when your actually at a clients home. Charting takes too long unlike other apps. Keep up with your hours because it won’t let you see your timesheet. I’m not a fan of this App. Another thing, if you are 2 min late Rosie the robot will call and it is very annoying because you get a bunch of text and a phone call..

The charting on this can be somewhat confusing and it asked for multiple duplicate signatures for same day services and timesheets you can not see which is disappointed when you’re used to keeping up with your time and making sure that you are receiving the current time that you’ve spent with A patient client when you can’t see the time sheet so keep up with hours worked
