Not working
As of March 24, 2024, this app is not working. Profile section spins to nothingness for eternity, and so dies the visa application, once the form has been filled, of course.
The app does not save your progress either, so for every fail attempt you need to refill the form every time.
I have not managed to achieve anything at all with the app, other than looking at something spinning, and never ending.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. It says “No internet connection” even though when it’s connected to internet.
Can’t select passport origin country.
Won’t load after Re download.
