Either the drivers keep turning down my job or every time I do anything else with my phone (including possibly move it!), the app decided to put my job out again
I have had 5 different drivers allocated one after the other and still no cab! Sorry will be deleting the phone worked better….

Doesn’t work
This app has always been a bit flakey but it’s now stopped working at all. Goes through a validation process and says it’s sending a text but it just hangs.
Pathetic service
They take your money then say allocating a driver - once allocated the driver cancels - went through 5 “allocated” drivers before giving up and walking. Dont waste your time if you have a train to catch.
Missing feacture and wrong arriving time estimates
The app suggested the driver would arrive in one minute, but all in a sudden it said a driver was being a arranged. The second driver picked up the order, the app suggested the driver would arrive in one minute, while taxi tracking web page suggested two minutes. In the end, it took 20 min fir the driver to srrive. And he arrived in the opposite lane, not even notifying me!
