I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn’t help. Frustrated
Update ruined app
Was a perfectly working app that served the simple task of ordering food in HSBC cafeterias. The latest update late this year made it slower and ruined payment speed by adding additional layers of verification. Nobody is paying for anything beyond like 60 HKD so all a wate of time to do this.
Payment glitches
The option for using Apple Pay regularly glitches on the Stripe payment screen, sometimes you can proceed as usual with a normal AP payment, others the Apple Pay button won’t appear at all. Pretty annoying bug.
Place to write feedback on the food
There should be a place to give feedback. A lot of the food is so salty and no one wants to order anymore. In San Antonio at Medtronic.
not iPad friendly
Why does this app only work in portrait mode on an iPad? Also a pain to use if you want to place an order ahead of time. Would also be nice to be able to see everything instead of having to go to each category to see each menu item when the category is irrelevant.
Can not
All of sudden can not pay by credit card. Always prompt visa reject it because of security. Is this a fraud business?
Devs I think there are problem with 3d security, you guys need to implement that I’m sure not just happen to me but others. I tried multiple credit card all the same.
