What a year

Now that it’s May it’s been a year since the app really stopped working as it should for me. Completely stopped giving me rides at all as soon after. It’s clear now why the credits decreased in value not long before all this happened. At a time when gas prices were sky high by the way. Classy! Fast forward to now I can’t even get to the point where I enter my phone number because there’s a “error fetching data“. Put up or shut up skeddy. Don’t ask me to revise the review either. Even if you fixed it tomorrow, it’s only going up by one star MAYBE because you’ve dropped the ball for so long. How in your mind do you think you deserve more than one or two stars after this? You completely failed your user base. I know, I know the update is just around the corner! But you’ve been saying that for months as well. Thanks for losing me potentially thousands of dollars.

Edit: so I requested my credits to be refunded like you said back on May 26 and haven’t even gotten a response yet. Can someone over there get out of bed and help?

As you may know, the Android app is on beta testing now and drivers began receiving rides: https://bit.ly/4aYSD4n. The iOS app will be updated soon after the Android beta testing is completed. When it's done, please consider revising this review. That said, you can always request a refund for the credits you bought: https://bit.ly/3CvxW0g. We have checked refund requests, but were unable to find any from May 26, so please feel free to submit new refund request. Please note that credits below 10 are not refundable because you were given 10 free credits at the time of registering.

You can login now, but still doesn’t work for me in PA

I’m not gonna do it but I just picked up a ride for $28 off the map in the Lyft app. Skeddy is supposed to give me rides in this area over $13 but I didn’t get it from Skeddy nor have I gotten any rides from Skeddy for a long time now. You can login so that’s a huge improvement? Edit: I used to use this app every day and I’ve been getting no rides for the better part of a year now if there actually is an update coming then get on with it already. Honestly, you deserve less stars than this. When the app works again, the review will be better, but I’m not holding my breath .

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT PURCHASE CREDITS!!! SUPPORT WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU

This app stopped working and finding rides for me over 3 months ago. My last purchase of credits was in August and the credits have just been sitting in my account not finding me rides. I’ve reached out to support 4 separate times asking for a refund for my last credits because they aren’t working and are being wasted and all they’ve done is reply to me with the same computed reply of “purchase of credits are nonrefundable”… I can’t even get the decency of a real life human response.

I love it it’s great

It’s a great tool I took a couple weeks off now ready to hit the road today hopefully get some rides quickly starting haven’t ever seen so empty after letting it roll for weeks.. I'm dialed in … take the opportunity to learn this tool you won’t regret

Cant log in. Wouldn’t get rides anyway

App has been having trouble all year… but for the past few weeks, I can’t even get past inital registration anymore. Its just become more and more broken. I enter my drivers license number hit next, and nothing happens. I tried talking to Skeddy customer service, and they just told me my own phone number and drivers license number as if I didn’t know then resolved the issue immediately even though i never replied and still cant log in. They are either incompetent, don’t want to admit their app doesn’t work anymore, or most likely both. I’ve seen other reviews with the same problem so I know it’s not just me. Then when the app does somehow works it barely picks up anything. The last 2-3 rides of theirs i did finally get and tried to do the request never came. Yet another glitch in a broken app. I used to have rides every day but since the early summer I’ve probably had a handful. If I depended solely on these guys id be homeless. Dont make that mistake yourself. Thanks for the help. I appreciate the price increase and devaluing of points followed by the breakdown of the app. Class act.

Support that doesn’t care

This app used to be good in the past. I’ve been using it for a while but know can’t log back in, it gets stuck after filling driver license information and after sending an email to support that answered saying that they are having technical issues and to try again later, even after a few days the same problem, I can’t log back in and a few friends of mine as well. Be aware if you have credits there you’ll lose it.

DO NOT USE: major issues

I began using Skeddy in December 2022 and was able to use the free credits without any issues. I purchased 50 credits from them and I am now no longer able to sign in to the account to use it. I entered all my information and after entering my driver’s license for verification the app remains on that screen and I received notification from Lyft stating that I signed into my account from a different browser. They sent me an email saying that the issue has been resolved however it was even worse than before. I’m no longer receiving notifications from Lyft. They claim that their data center “is experiencing random technical issues connecting with the Lyft server.” This is very troubling since I paid to use this app and have essentially wasted my money. Until these technical issues are resolved this app should be removed from the App Store.

iOS Bug

iOS bug appears to be fixed. Had to email support but they did delete my account then restore the credits I previously purchased.
