As soon as I opened the app,
I could tell I was going to be frustrated.
There’s no indication of whether it’s either the email or password that’s incorrect and no indication of whether the email is registered (which I should be since I am a member). This to me shows a lazy design.
And to top it off, to reset password - again, no confirmation of whether email is registered or if the mail has been sent. I’ve tried multiple times trying to access this app. And don’t you dare say have you checked spam - yes, I have.
Considering that Totalfusion is considered a “bougie” gym and costs a lot more than most gyms in Australia. You would think that their app would be up to the same standards. But it is not.
I am looking forward to seeing if they’ll take up on my feedback as a user. And design a more enjoyable onboarding experience.
