App does not work
Nothing in this app seems to work. I can log in on the web fine, but it says there is a password issue when I try to log in on the app. When I selected ‘send me an email to retrieve password’, no email was sent.James Reviews Stuff
Bad app to collect data load the timetable webpage
This is just a bad app used for marketing and upselling, a means to (poorly) load the timetable webpage and collect your data.
Sort out your member/customer and user experience, invest some money there rather than solely on your sales and acquisition.
Give some focus to retention. You charge far too much for this quality of member’s digital and analogue experiences.Show lessNicky_22
Terrible design and lazy for 2024
As soon as I opened the app,
I could tell I was going to be frustrated.
There’s no indication of whether it’s either the email or password that’s incorrect and no indication of whether the email is registered (which I should be since I am a member). This to me shows a lazy design.
And to top it off, to reset password - again, no confirmation of whether email is registered or if the mail has been sent. I’ve tried multiple times trying to access this app. And don’t you dare say have you checked spam - yes, I have.
Considering that Totalfusion is considered a “bougie” gym and costs a lot more than most gyms in Australia. You would think that their app would be up to the same standards. But it is not.
I am looking forward to seeing if they’ll take up on my feedback as a user. And design a more enjoyable onboarding experience.Show lessbb.jas

Technological difficulties
I’m excited to begin my workouts with total fusion however I’m already struggling with the app. I can log in fine to Chrome, but when I tried to log in to the app I was told my password was incorrect. Five attempts and I have been locked out of my account despite resetting the password. This could be user error but I’ve never had trouble with resetting a password before.Show lessMaggieMelon4423

I’m so excited to join Total Fusion, their equipment and facilities are uniquely irresistible and now their new app allows me to record my workout indoor/outdoor as well as staying connected during weekends through train at home virtual classes. I love Technogym MyWellnessCloud appFran03gab01
