  • Needs Friends

    Love the app and stretches! It’s a very helpful app and I enjoy using it. I just would like to be able to share with friends via text messages rather than the only options being instagram story or tweeting. I think having the ability to share and view friends progress would be helpful to keep people continually stretching and encourage each other.

  • Where’s the total time stat for stretching?

    This is one of the best yoga apps I’ve used and love how clean it is. My only caveat is that I wish it can track how much total stretching you have done over the course of your lifetime that many other yoga apps do. I would definitely increase this to a 5 stars and stay as a customer if I can see this feature! Another nice feature would be also some sort of lifetime subscription as well!

  • Bend App Review

    Awesome app and stretches for all age groups and fitness levels - very clear and concise videos with each stretch being timed - Have never stretched before and cannot do Yoga as the poses are difficult even for a beginner - This app allows you to ease into each maneuver and builds upon your ability - Highly recommend-

  • Great all around

    Very pretty, easy to use, it isn’t pushy or annoying about creating habits but does encourage habitual use, and getting to customize workouts and use the full app is really worth it. My hips tend to get sore first and getting to use and customize the “hips” workout so that I do 5 minutes before bed has really helped. Plus, i can make bodyweight exercise routine, ab routines, warm ups, and a compilation of my favorite stretches in the customize section. Really enjoy it

  • Bend App

    I’ve been using the Bend app for almost 2 months and I really enjoy it. I love the Reminders because I am being so much more consistent about stretching. I love the workouts. They are really helping me fight “sitting disease”. I also really like the graphics. They are pleasing to the eye and illustrate the movements well.

  • Great interface but needs improvement

    I love using this app, the UI is clean and easy to but when I create my own routine, all of the stretches available are not shown. Not sure why that is.. Other routines have the stretches shown, but the create your own routine doesn’t have the full library?

    I am 65 years old. I have always excerise but due to arthritis and other joint problems this gives me the type of work out that I need. I feel better using bend. I love to make my own plans. I wish it would it start over for a rest day or a skip day. Thank you. I am hooked.

    I see in reviews that the wake-up stretch routine is available for free (at least for a few days) so you can check out the app. But I’ve downloaded the app and everything is locked unless I subscribe. I don’t even see the wake-up stretch routine.

    While I understand you don’t want to give everything away to folks, it doesn’t make us want to give away our $$ when we have no idea if this could be what we’d like.

    It’s very disappointing because I’d looked forward to trying it out as I just want something with simple stretches.

  • Easy As!

    Love the easy to follow instructions and graphics - and sets are created to make them easy to incorporate into daily routines.
  • Love it!

    The timer that can be adjusted and the graphics are very helpful. However, some of the graphics are difficult to make out (the shoulder opener, for example - I can’t tell how to position my body based on what I’m seeing in the pic).

    The customization of Bend is my favorite feature. The ability to choose my own poses along with the length of time for each pose gives me the motivation to use Bend every day.
