  • Healthy Living For Life

it doesn’t take a Doctor to tell you that flexibility and mobility are key to better health. I love the ability to to have customized targets for my routines whether I want 2 minutes or 60 minutes for full body or focused areas as well as the intentional ability to use the focus areas throughout my day. I am still working and use a standup desk 9 hours a day. Bend allows me to have that 4-5-6-7 minute stretch without a disruption to my work day. I am 63 and my intent is to never miss a Bend Day from here on so I can be 100 flexible and healthy! Thank you!

  • Lil’ suggestion!

Amazing app, not much time since I’ve started using it but it’s been helping and motivating me to keep on going with the stretches as days go by, trying to keep my streak alive.
There's few things you guys could improve and I’m here to tell you one that came to my mind several times while stretching and that is that the app won’t make a sound at the start of each stretch, which does actually happen at the end of each one. This would be useful because I’m not always looking at the screen, usually I check which exercise is next and then I prepare to do it while not looking at my phone because I already know which one is coming.
If you can solve this “problem” (because it’s a problem for me, I don’t know about the rest of the users) then my rating will be 5 stars. Keep up the great job guys, wonderful app!

  • Clapped out builder looking for a better life

I’m in my fifties, overweight (slightly 🤭), builder. I used to be quite active, but lately less so.
I’ve been getting more and more aches & pains and not recovering as quickly after heavy days at work as I used to. I noticed that I was starting to avoid bending over and jumping on/off stuff! as I was always feeling stiff. A mate said I should try yoga to loosen myself up a bit. But the thought of me going off to a gym in a leotard and bending over for the masses put me right off!
Then I discovered this app (it appeared on my fb feed that evening - funny that!). I signed up, it wasn’t much (I’ve signed up to a lot worse things on facebook!)
I’ve been using it for about a month now. It’s been a total game changer. I noticed improvements on day one! I like that I can do it anytime, choose a routine that suits me, and target specific areas I need help with, the instructions and illustrations are easy to follow, I can wear whatever I want (I’m usually in my pants!)
If you’re anything like I used to be, I’d recommend you try this out, it’s literally taken years off of me! What’s the worst that can happen!

  • Update

There is huge potential for this App 🫶🏻
The app needs a lot of updates/upgrade. It doesn’t tell you when the brake finishes before the exercise starts.
It doesn’t state the name of the exercise you gotta do next, so you would prepare immediately for it but every time you have to look at the screen to see what’s going on to see when the break finishes to see when the exercise starts.
Also, they put like just pictures for exercises. We live in 2024 at least you wanna put animate doing the exercise showing how the movement it’s being done correctly.
Also, you can’t add or remove exercises from a training! In short, this app needs a lot of work to be good.

  • No free trial almost no free contents

I’m looking for an app for stretching exercises. Bend seems to be a nice app, I considered to purchase it so I’ve downloaded the app, I had a look to it, it seems to be a good app but at least 98% of the content is locked and you need a subscription to unlock it. I could pay for unlock everything if I know what I will unlock but there is no free trial so if I buy the year subscription and finally after 1day I don’t like the app I will lose 25£.
Due to that I never used the app because the free content is too light and I won’t buy the year subscription as I can’t try it before subscribe it. The commercial strategy is wrong I think, the free content can’t convince you to buy the year subscription as there is almost no free content. I won’t recommend this app due to that.

  • Best stretching app

Hands down the best stretching app for me. It’s so easy and effective. I look forward to getting on Bend daily and stretching my body…I’ve noticed a difference in my ability each time I do my work out. Love it!
  • The advertisements are not true

So I was scrolling on TikTok when I got an ad for this very app. Honestly I was excited the app looked good. I’ve been wanting to increase my flexibility highly for a long time. When you download the app, you only get one routine called “Wake up”. It’s 8 stretches and 5 minutes. I did this stretch every morning and night (it would let me to it multiple times during the day). Ever other routine on the app was locked and I needed to pay for the app to get them. So I was highly disappointed and bummed out by that. I used this app consistently for a week. I must say my flexibility was increasing, I saw progress. It wasn’t a lot and instantly as the advertisement said, but it was still there. However after the week, the app got so much worse. Well literally unusable. Because now the “Wake up” routine was locked too, you also needed to pay for it. This app has no ads. So I understand the app needs it money. But don’t advertise the app as free if it really isn’t. Also the app claims for the free trail a credit card isn’t even needed. Which is very false because you’re required to put it. This app is good, if you pay for it. Not to mention the only review on this app is 5 stars which I find hard to believe.

  • So worth it

I was initially hesitant with the fee but it’s absolutely worth it. I always want to stretch more, but this app removes the hassle of planning out my own stretches every night. My mind can just relax and I let the app take me through it instead of worrying about timings and what to do next. I’ve used it every day for 24 days now and absolutely love it. I also love that it’s in my phone, so it’s hard to get distracted while stretching. The only improvement I can think of would be to insert my own stretches (but making your own routine suffices for now).

  • Everything is behind a paywall

I saw one ad for this on tiktok and immediately downloaded it. One of my goals this year is to stretch every day but I haven’t gotten around to it because I didn’t know where to start or what stretches to do, so when I saw the ad I thought it would be a great way to learn new stretches and develop a routine. However, when I downloaded the app, literally everything is behind a paywall. Everything is broken up into categories based on focus areas or experience level and you’d think some of the categories would be free to use but they aren’t, not even the beginner category. The only free category is the wake up stretches, but I’d prefer to do more targeted stretches or create my own routine. If you’re ok with paying a membership, good for you, but I think it’s ridiculous that nearly everything is behind a paywall. At least have one or two stretches in each targeted category free to use to incentivize ppl to buy the membership. I deleted the app without ever doing any stretches.

  • Over simplified

I did not enjoy how only a few options there are and the organisation of the app. I wanted to use the app for warmup and cooldown after gym exercises, this app is unfortunately anything but not for this. The instructions were also not so clear, they are mostly written in text or on static pictures. Would be much better if the instructions are animated or replaced by videos. Not for me, but 3 stars because I can see how it may work well for some.
