Andre is still great I recommend they promote him. However the company is not. Played a few contests and it’s a cool system. However, did multiple drafts for the conference championship games and most of them I was the 3rd out of 3 picks. The one I was first I took Lamar and loaded up on ravens and niners as I thought that’s who was going to win the game. Then they day of the games when the competition I entered was gone they emailed me saying my entry was canceled due to security reasons. Which is nonsense, it’s not a conspiracy to pick players from the teams you think will win. I then entered two more drafts and was given 3rd out of 3 both times and had no chance to grab Lamar. Cancelling contests in general is a ridiculous practice. But this all comes after they basically told me to kick rocks because of a one letter typo(until Andre stepped up and made it right). As far as I’m concerned he’s the only good employee and I don’t see myself using the app after this week.

Hey there! Thanks for the feedback, do you mind sharing your username and I can take a further look into what happened here? Sounds like some unnecessary friction and would love to be able to correct it. Thanks in advance! -Andre
  • Smart

They set brilliant lines and you carry all of the in game injury risk. Grind out some small dollars if you want but don’t waste much time on big parlay bets - it’s giving to charity without the tax receipt.
  • Lots Of Rules

It seems like every pick’em that I should I don’t for one reason or another. Most of the time it’s because injuries happen before the game starts but it’s not recognized and the player isn’t removed. The site says these players will be removed but they aren’t. Something about when or who you pick. Too many rules to winning, even though you already won. Always a technicality. It’s just way tooooooo complicated to try to understand winning on with all the rules. They also don’t pay out their best ball drafts with the amount they say you won. It says you are winning $30 but in reality you only win $5. I’m missing lots of money from Bestball drafts this year.

  • Unbelievable

Hi! If you want to bet at a reliable sportsbooк, enter "bvdabet" in Google search, bet and win real money, fast withdrawal. As for Underdog - I wish they had one app. I understand why they created two separate apps like the other Big Names in the Game, ESPN, CBS, etc. But those apps don’t overlap information like the Underdog do. I wish they either didn’t cross over info from app to app or simply had all sports related info on one individual app. because all the overlapping information between the two apps. is just too much sometimes, especially when they roll out something new. Almost everyone I speak to about Underdog say the same thing which is exactly what I’m saying. There are so many other options available so they just gave up on Underdog Sports period. I tell them they’re missing out and they joke back and tell me I’m wasting my time figuring everything out because once again the info is A+ but the web design is lacking. Lucky for myself I had patience so now I can take advantage of the A+ info that’s not available on ESPN, CBS Sports, etc. IF THEY MODIFIED THE APP TO MAKE IT SIMPLE TO NAVIGATE THRU THEY'D HAVE MUCH MORE TRAFFIC AND THE “CLIENTS” WOULD STICK AROUND FOR LONGER THAN THE USUAL 10 MINS AFTER THE SIMPLE SIGN IN PROCESS. After all that they’re still the best and I’m a pro gambler & pro fantasy football player just to give you an idea of where I’m coming from. Thanks guys.

  • It’s a good app

I like the app overall. Gives a discount almost every day. This app also gives up to a 6x multiplier for a 3 pick parlay compared to other apps which are usually 5x or less. The only problem is the costumer service. My girlfriend’s account got restricted because we use my phone for both of our accounts. We were not aware that this was prohibited. It states that you can’t be “multi-accounting” which it doesn’t really explain what it is. But I’m guessing it means that we can’t have multiple accounts on one device which it doesn’t specifically say that. My girlfriend and I would just log in to our accounts on one device and out of no where she got restricted on her account. So I’m just assuming multi accounting means you can’t share accounts on one device. She had to email them that she understand what she did wrong and that she won’t do it anymore which she did. Anyways she has been waiting for almost a week for a reply. She emailed them about 3 times and still no response. Every other app we use, we get a reply within a day.

  • Permanently blocking accounts

So I've been on Underdog for over a year now and I've never had any issues up until I had a few tennis matches that were canceled so Underdog refunded me my money so I withdrew well over half the money and the money I had left on there I made some basketball tickets with so I tried to deposit some more money on my underdog account to do halftime bets and all of sudden I had a deposit limit. I've never set a deposit limit on my Underdog account. So I couldn't make a deposit for 90 days, 3 months!! That's a little harsh if you ask me and my thing is we can't make another account to or they will block your Underdog account permanently. Seriously? If we are depositing money and we don't always win and Underdog is making money off of us why does Underdog permanently blocks people accounts for making a new account to gamble on?? That doesn't make any sense to me at all. It's really harsh. I love Underdog and like the anticipation of it but some of the rules are a bit immature.

  • As crooked as the major sports books they denounce

The CEO Jeremy Levine has been on many podcasts talking about the corruption and monopolies that DK and FD have especially when it comes to their harsh limits on winning. He claims that underdog will only limit players on rare occasions and if they do it will be in the $200-$500 range unlike other major sportsbooks. In NFL I bet some lines soon after they posted that ended up moving a lot as the week went on. Because of this over the course of the season my account went from a $1000 max bet all the way down to $50 and I WAS LOSING MONEY. They limited me as a losing gambler. In NBA I was winning but I made an effort to only bet right before games started to make sure I wasn’t getting positive line value. They still limited me from 2k max bet to $100.

They are just as corrupt as the sportsbooks they preach against, they won’t take your money if they think it has a chance to possibly beat them. I really thought this company was different, but they aren’t. I think the only good pickem app left is Vivid Picks, that’s where I’d spend my money.

  • Simple, Fun, and Tons of Specials

This app has been a blast to use. There are always new contest, tournaments, and selections added to the lobby. Another thing that’s a huge positive is that this company genuinely seems to care about it’s users. I’ve reached out a few times in the past to other “Sportsbook” customer service for questions and issues I’ve experienced. Each time I got a vanilla copy paste response. At UD, I’m have some really genuine experiences with real people who have helped me out a few different times. The bestball tournaments are unmatched on this platform. Been crushing it in the NFL WeeklyWinners! Overall very satisfied with the app and company.
