Hi James, We are sorry you had issues with the app, in our most recent version we made an update that checks that downloaded files are complete before saving them for offline use. In the settings page, there is an option called "reset downloads". Please can you click on this, it will clear all your downloaded files and force them to download again the next time you play them. I checked our support logs and didn't see a message from you, please can you contact support on support@mindfulnessapps.com and we will help you out any way we can to resolve the issue. The app is only a few weeks old and we are very keen to resolve all issues as soon as we find them and hopefully, your issue was resolved in the most recent update and clearing the downloads should solve it, however, we can help you via support, no problem at all.
