Generally Unusable
Inconsistent data at all times. Cleaning staff confused/angry. This app is a nightmare and we have gone back to paper scheduling.
App isn’t working
The app hasn’t worked for me for the last month. The app was updated yesterday - but even when I deleted and re downloaded it doesn’t “open” it just has the logo on the screen and won’t do anything.
App not working
App is down since yesterday
Is your app down?
Or it just not working for me?
App does not work
Used to work. Updated today, reinstalled does not work
Not useful for multiple clients
I am the owner of a housekeeping company with over 90 properties to keep track of. 3 of my clients use lodgify. (20 properties). Every time I switch between clients, I logout, & then have to delete the app, reload, & sign back in. Very frustrating & time consuming!!!!
Inconsistent data presentation and could be so much better
On one screen it says "today" for arrivals and for departure screen it has the date. There are a number of these little inconsistencies and it makes it nearly impossible to use just the app, I'm always cross referencing it with a calendar. With a number of rentals with lots of turnover, it's a pain.
It would not be that difficult to have the date and "next Friday" for example to be able to better see at a glance the upcoming activities. Also including check in/out time on the main screen so you know if a guest has been given or paid for something outside the standard times without checking each listing.
Getting a calendar view for overall and each house would be a huge step, as would sync with apple calendar.
Also, no notification number on the app (the red circle) to let you know about notifications that are unread.
And pop up notifications for bookings a year out are useless distractions for busy PMs.
Someone needs to interview a PM for a busy management company and see what is really desired and pay them a consulting fee to help Lodgify design a useful app. This has barely any use at all.

Absolute Technology
Worst APP ever! I’ve been using Lodgify to handle my vacation rentals AND ... I’m over it. The website is awful, the apps are awful.
Almost totally worthless
I’ve been using Lodgify for over a year and their main app is pretty awful (2 stars) but this app is almost completely unusable (their website is a little better but not really great).
In particular their user interfaces this app is so bad it’s almost criminal! It is extremely challenging for me to do anything. One example - on the statistics tab, I can’t even select a single unit so all I can see is the data at a portfolio level (22 listings) rendering this function almost totally useless
This company needs to invest in some halfway decent UI/UX folks because the ones that built this app have no talent.
