    I was hoping for you to generate workouts for me. Not having to choose what exercises for myself before every workout….

    Very easy to use, keeps you on track to your goals, allows for great recovery between workout days. Gets you to the gym with a plan and a purpose. The app allows for many different accessories to choose from. Not everyone has the same level of energy every workout days, the pre workout questions adjust your load based on your answers. All in All a winner, for the beginner to the competitive lifter!

  • There was supposed to be a two week free trial

    There was supposed to be a two week free trial of the app. However, as soon as. I downloaded it, I was charged $35. I reached out to support and was told the free trial was only available if you signed up through their website. I told them I thought this was deceptive since 99% of users will download it through the app store. I was then told it was not possible to give a trial period through the app store. I believe that most apps in the app store give free trial periods. Finally, I was told I could delete the app and simply redownload it through their website. That way I would still get the two week trial. Umm. I already paid $35. The point was to try it BEFORE I paid anything.

    The app itself seems pretty good from the brief time I’ve played with it. However, I am not happy about the whole free trial period deal.

  • Powerlifting

    Excellent programme, well put together, the AI is another level, just like having someone programming there with you
  • Too many exercises

    The number of exercises and sets per session seems very excessive and is difficult to complete in a reasonable amount of time, like sub 2 hours.
    Today: 5 sets of high bar squats, 2 sets of deadlifts, 4 sets of chin ups, 4 sets of db bench, 3 sets of curls, 3 sets of ghr, 3 sets of lateral lunges, 4 sets of hanging leg raises, 3 sets of face pulls, 3 sets of calf raises. That’s 31 sets, and that’s just 1 of 4 sessions a week. If each set performance and recovery period only takes 3 minutes, that’s an hour and a half. If it takes 4, that’s two hours. If I have to wait to get on some equipment it can easily start getting towards 2 and a half and that’s not including time driving to or from the gym. Idk if anyone else is having this experience but I’m not sure how to feel about it.

    User interface is fantastic. Your feedback is used to make real time changed to adjust for fatigue, sleep, soreness and energy levels. Added 105 pounds to my total on top of improved body composition and muscle size after 5 months of power building. Couldn’t be happier with the results. As soon as super total is added ill sign up right away.

  • Absolutely worth it …

    if you are serious about lifting and willing to put in the work.

    I have been using the powerlifting AI for the past months and have seen great improvements in all my lifts.
    I am not a competitive lifter, but I love lifting and getting stronger.

    The app will automatically adjust your numbers based on your input, which means that if you are honest with what you enter, your workouts will be challenging, yet manageable. The app will also reduce your workload if you are more fatigued than usual.

    Throughout the past months, features have been added and it seems like the app just keeps improving.

    It might be a bit intimidating for somebody who is just starting to lift, but there are also a lot of additional resources available such as YouTube videos and a very supportive FB group. So I think that anyone who wants to use it and is willing to spend a few moments to look things up and most importantly is willing to do the work in the gym will greatly benefit from this app.

  • JuggAI Works!

    I worked with JuggAI for a little over a year and added close to 100lbs to my total while switching from wraps to sleeves. The app is very adaptive and the programming works if you put in the work and trust the process. Chad, Garrett and the entire team bring years of experience and research and put it into an easy to use app for all of us to use. You can’t go wrong with the program.
