Confusing sensitivity settings
I think that both should go the same direction and this makes me feel like the developers made a mistake since the sentence are the same except the words increase and reduce are switched.
I’d be happy going up to a 5 star rating, if this got straightened out.

Good camera, decent app…one suggestion
1. I like the audible alarm feature. Meaning you can set the camera to sound an alarm when human motion is detected within a certain area and within a given time period. The problem is the alarm only stays on for a short period of time, while the subjects are within the field of vision. SUGGESTED ENHANCEMENT: The app should allow the user to set the length of time that the alarm sounds for when it is triggered.
2. The app allows you to set a notification on your phone when the alarm is triggered. This is good but the only available the notification is too subtle. If you happen to be asleep when the alarm is triggered, the notification (in the form of a quick tone and banner on your screen) is likely too subtle to wake you up. SUGGESTED ENHANCEMENT: The app should allow you to choose a notification that is in the form of an alarm. Meaning if you’re in a different location from the camera and it detects human motion during a specified time window, you should be able to choose a persistent alarm that goes off in the app as a notification so that you’re much more likely to hear it right away.

Why just 3 stars
Now that I’m trying to do it, I find the information on the app is not intuitive enough to help me do most of the functions. I want to erase all the pictures it took of me while I was taking them down and trying to charge them but I can’t find a little trashcan or other indication of how to delete the unwanted captures.
Improving the app instructions would be very helpful.

Facile d’utilisation
Very good cam & sw - a great value
It only triggers recording for people. Clearly this is by design, as most buyers purchase it for security. For that i would judge it to be ideal and a great value for the money!
However, I actually bought it to be my “critter-cam” to capture and record animals and birds coming over the fence from the wild lands beyond. So far it appears that it will at most trigger recording on motion from larger mammals and those only when it is very close to the subject. It does not trigger on birds at all, even on the highest sensitivity. But I can still record birds when I monitor it live and simply record manually when they appear!
Otherwise I think its a great camera - excellent picture, includes sound recording, has great night vision too. I’ll probably get another camera for front door security!
Keeps crashing
Version 4.4-the version that was promised to fix all the issues- has not. Live view crashes, making the whole thing useless again. Please roll back and re-release. This is maddening. The latest update breaks the app making the whole system useless. This is now an old issue, the website noted an issue with the server, but not the app. C’mon y’all please fix this asap as everyone now has a very expensive and useless wall hanging.
