It says I’m connected to internet on my monitor but when I click the system it says not connected to internet.

Your app needs help
I love the cameras. However your app constantly gets stuck. Everytime I try to set up camera settings the app freezes. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it 10 times and it still doesn't let me change the settings. Please fix asap!!CATIPHN7
