Great taxi experience
On time, polite driver, very helpful with our luggage.
Very disappointed!!
I pre-booked a cab and the app said that they’ve confirmed the booking. And it never showed up. I had to call the cabs and do another booking and was they were late by more than 30 minutes. Sorry to say but not at all impressed.
Glitchy
Its great when I actually use it to order a cab however The app keeps sending notifications that my cab is booked and cancelled when I haven’t even booked or cancelled a cab. It’s really annoying
Worst cab service
First I ordered a cab and it arrived late. About 1”2 weeks earlier they charge me 59$ for 500m of ride. I made a pre trip payment of 5$ but this disgusting cab service charged me 59$. And they didn’t even refunding it. Now m planning to take a legal action against them. Worst cab service again. -10 rating from my side.
