Auto login defective
Unable to stay logged in which prevents me from seeing job opportunities.
Awful app.
Auto login no longer works after the latest update…meaning I have to scramble to find my info each time I get a job. Jobs are usually gone by the time I do get it in. Would give zero stars if I could.
No job requests
I’ve called several times about not getting job requests. I am a preferred sub at a few schools. It’s never anything on their end. Yet after I’ve called I start getting some requests for at least few days then back to nothing. I wish they would get the kinks worked out of their app/system. Not happy!!!

Works worse and worse every time I use it
Jobs that I already have but show as available, dates that I block out but jobs come up on them, jobs that I've declined but reappear multiple times, cancelled jobs that show up as available, what's not to love?

Program does nothing when I try to login. It worked at one point.

The new update just messed up the app big time. I lost all my information and jobs I had. the tech team had me back up and running in less than an hour though. It wasn’t an app issue but another issue.
No longer receiving job notifications
No longer getting any notifications on jobs, no receiving text either. So sad about this app. It made it so much easier at first
WILLSub Needs multiple districts access
I am substituting at two different school districts that both use the WillSub app. When logged into WillSub I can’t switch to the other school district unless I log out and log back in on the other district. That takes time to do and I usually don’t get to take the job. There needs to be a drop down or some quick way to switch districts using the app when they send a notification text on iPhone or android.

Frustrating
This app is frustrating. I miss jobs because I’m not getting push notifications often and when I do get one my app goes back to main screen and I have to log in every single time. Even with face Id on.
