I really liked using these scooters but suddenly they left Alghero without any warning! Not only was i then late for work, but I have money in the account that I now can’t use.
Scooter did not work. No response from support.
Scooter did not work. Followed instructions carefully, but pushing throttle had no effect. Requested refund from customer support. Got no response.

This is scam!! The scooter it’s limit to go at 6km/h witch is at all not enough to ride it into the city! I have ended up pushing the scooter in the city which was stopping itself after going over 6km/h. Ridiculous!! I have been charged €12 for 30 min of humiliation and frustration!! Please avoid this company!!
