Must be some major glitches at this place

Was not able to reset my password on this app or the website, can't access my re-order or my login information. Not receiving emails from them to reset the passwords. My product came in one big clump, would like to know if this is normal, it did break up a little after I shook it, but still big clumps in the middle. Taste is great though once I was able to get it broken down into scoopable form.

Issues signing in

I have an account with reward points on the website but I try to sign in and it say I do not have an account weird other than that very good products

Real comment

I put this at the bottom so everyone could see the truth and not just see bot stuff. Ghost is actually a very great brand! The brand does collars with some of the greatest brands to make my favorite 2lb containers of protein. Once I got my first flavor, I needed more. Now I have 3 flavors and never gone back to other protein powders.

It’s a good app I love it the reason nobody has downloaded it is because it’s new but they have great flavor and great protein one I would recommend is the Oreo or cinnamon protein powder it taste like the real thing

Was Confused, Not Anymore

ETA: Thank you Support! For anyone who sees this, if you click sign up on the app it tells you to do same username/password and it’ll connect. I never clicked to the second screen to see these instructions because I was so confused with the first page. My accounts linked up quickly. Thank you again support.

Original Review: App does not let you log in with your website account information. If I can’t use my website account, does that mean that my app points and my website points are completely separate? I’m just going to delete and re-download if/when they get connected.

leaves a lot to be desired

the company pitches the app as the main and best way to order but the app is clearly on the very bottom of their priority list when it comes to updates, fixes, and user friendliness. every time i make a purchase, i get a blank white screen that pops up. it’s been this way for years with no fixes. the badge system does not work and actually count your purchases correctly so im missing at least 3 badges. then there’s the Ghost Labs tab that has said “coming soon” for at least 2 years now.

Best company ever

I love ghost from there supplements to there merch there’s nothing they do wrong. Also to mention there customer service is great quick and efficient replies they know how to take care of someone.
