  • Need update

    It would be a great idea if we can login using face recognition, it’s very stressful to enter login details every single time. And also it doesn’t allow you to paste as well, also the transfer option doesn’t work on this app. Emirates seems to be one of the best bank but this business banking app is not what is expected from almighty Emirates NBD. Kindly take note of above statement and readjust the app. Shukran!!!

  • Not functional

    The app is Outdated and useless. Other smaller banks have way better apps!!!
  • Primitive, complicated, written by coders in their lab without ANY customer experience

    God, where do I start.
    Made us move from the old (cumbersome) app to this one, more cumbersome complicated and lacking features..
    My 11 year old can write better code for school project.
    The no 1 requirement for any app is to actually understand what users do and need it for. The developers of this one haven’t a clue. They just sat among themselves and came us with this one..

    A bank that posted next profits for 2022 a staggering 4.5 billion, can afford to hire/contract good software people to write a useful app.

  • PDF NOT WORKING NO E STATEMENTS

    You can not oped PDF file and has limited access

    Why you guys doing this very bad and extremely slow app wasting time with less features why ? Why ? Why ? Is this kind of development helping businesses or just spending more money on your developers partners I can’t express how much I’m disappointed and frustrated from this bank at least allow us to use the old app it was way better and faster than this

  • Same NBD issues

    They launch a new app, they deactivate the old app but this app does not load or work. I’m not surprised, everything NBD does makes things worse.
