User unfriendly
I guess your wallet can only be as user friendly as the underlying blockchain, which Polkadot couldn’t be further from. Land on planet and try creating something useful.

Better than Nova and Fearless
You can use Acala and Karura from this app and it has a nice interface. Not sure why this app is so badly reviewed by some other people. I love it.
Lost all of my DOT
Tried to mint LDOT, took all of my DOT and didn’t give me any LDOT. Beware

A complete disaster
After a recent redesign this wallet become unusable. Don’t waste your time. There are alternatives
Myriad Capabilities but Bad UX
This app can do a lot, but the UX and design is pretty poor. Things are moved around often and the styling is just not great.

Great App, reliable and easy to use
People who have given this a bad review seem to be new to crypto and confused. - I think it’s more that people who know about polkadot and their parachains need to know that this wallet is great, and very useful.
Beware! Can’t get my funds out & no support
I’m a massive Dotsama supporter and this was my go/to wallet, until that it I’ve discovered I can’t actually withdrawal my funds from ChainX which is offered on the app due to connection issues. PolkaWallet support is non existent- both via their email and on Twitter - I’m still waiting for a reply from them 4 weeks on from notifying them of the issue.
