Works well; has the features I need
Most of the poor reviews seem to stem from frustrations with how Polkadot itself works and have nothing to do with Polkawallet. I like how frequently the app is getting updated, as it shows active development. Keep up the good work. Not 5 stars yet because of how frequently I still have to restart the app to get it to connect to the network.

Best for karura defi app
My usage of this wallet usually includes working with karura which its performance is great and updated
Excellent wallet
I have used this wallet for a good few months now, mainly for KSM and DOT staking. More recently I have funded Karura crowdloan, engaged with the Karura chain and supported LP and liquidity staking protocols without problem. Transfers in and out, and cross chain, are fully supported. Excellent product, easy and straightforward to use.

Poor app
Always a nice idea to have a decentralised wallet until you need help. Been trying to unbond my 93 DOT only letting me unbond 5 at the time taking a fee each time. Tried to reach out no luck. You basically spend your time doing maintenance on your tokens trying to figure out how, why and where which is very time consuming.

Way to many updates
On days that end in “y” I get promoted to update my Polkawallet app. Agile does not mean daily updates guys, smh.
Validator problems
Had issues and was charged multiple times and never earned a cent.

Seriously, almost everyday I have to update this thing. It’s so janky and buggy, I just can’t. Fearless wallet is much better.
Support
I can’t find any support? I unstaked, waited 7 days and upon redeeming only a small portion of my kusama were available. The total is correct, but the coins are not available? None of the supports channels are available or communicating . Help support
PCX support?
Team! What in the heck happened to the PCX wallets in the app? The update seems to have removed it???
