  • What happened to the color?

The latest updates have been weird. One caused crashes on launch. The next one fixed the crash, but made the colors look hideous. Please fix. I use increase contrast setting on iPhone for preference. Don’t change colors of the app just because. Bad move.
  • Amazing but...

Game is amazing especially the daily challenges, although the hold to flag seems a bit finicky. Hope sooner or later we get an option to change the sensitivity or how long/hard we have to press to flag a tile.
  • An excellent minesweeper

This version of a minesweeper game delivers exactly what you want. The controls are natural, the daily challenges are fun, and the boards are always solvable. That way, you don’t get to a place where it’s a roll of the dice on a 50/50 chance of where a mine is. Highly recommend.
  • Well done

No-nonsense app that doesn’t waste your time with end-of-game surprise failures.

Slick interface with customization options. It has right click support for trackpad/mouse use on iPad.

No ads. It’s well worth a couple dollars.

One nitpick: it would be nice if their privacy policy clarified use of analytics/trackers. Otherwise, they don’t seem to collect personal info.

  • Perfect!

Honestly the best version of Minesweeper i’ve ever seen, in presentation and gameplay (it fixes Minesweeper’s most annoying trait!). For the price of Free, you really can’t beat it. This app made me finally learn how to play Minesweeper, and now I’m pretty much addicted — and the developer support is astounding. No complaints!

  • Clean, elegant and fun

This is THE best game of Minesweeper I’ve ever played, and it’s super accessible on iOS. I’m a stickler for UX and Mineswifter does it well. Looking at my Screen Time right now, I played this game for 11 hours 7 minutes last week; I’ve gotten more value out of this game than any AAA title I’ve played on PC or console. Even if you’re familiar with Minesweeper but never loved it, give this app a try.

  • Best minesweeper app on iOS!!

I play this literally every day. Hands down the best version of Minesweeper since Windows XP. Lightweight, easy to use, intuitive, and works on every Apple device i have. Big fan!
  • Best minesweeper I’ve found on iOS.

Great UI, looks nice, play is very intuitive. I love the way it guarantees that the mines are placed in a way that the entire board can be solved without any need for 50/50 guesses. Knowing that, it adds an extra challenge on harder levels to think through the possibilities and deduce at least one free or mine square that then opens up more clues. If you haven’t played this enough for that to make sense, try a few games and you will see what I mean. Literally hours of fun with this game.

  • Press logic changed?

Love the game, and have been playing since close to release. Feels like something has changed in the most recent update with the length of time needed to distinguish between a clear and a flag. I’m suddenly clearing many squares that I intend to flag, but didn’t have this issue before.
  • Great design, could use some more in-depth options.

    Love the game! I have two bites of feedback;

    1. Separate vibration options. I like the feedback when I long press to place a flag, but not when I move around the screen.
    2. Create an option for a portrait orientation advanced board. A landscape board on a portrait screen is not ideal.
