  • Love the game but one thing missing

We loved playing this and windows 95. This is a beautiful revision of that game. The only thing missing is the ability to disable undo. If I hit a mine, I would like to not be able to undo and continue playing. Please add the ability to disable undo.

    Still a great game though.

Game overs will be added in a future update!
  • Amazing

Its exactly what i was looking for, and even though I will probably not use some features, its really nice to have them there.
  • Needs some tweaks

I like the app and that everything is solvable. I would love to see an option to change hold length to mark bombs and the way to do it in the game is a bit finicky and doesn’t work all the time. At times, some squares are unresponsive and don’t do anything until I move the screen. Overall good but not great for someone trying to go fast.

Edit: new update makes gameplay incredibly smoother and cut my solve times in half. added a star.

I agree, a slider to determine the hold time will be added soon and I'll be tweaking the visual feedback for switching between flags and reveals. I have the same problem with it being unresponsive sometimes and will be sure to fix that.
  • Fantastic game!

By far the best minesweeper I’ve played. Even after just a few games I can feel how much better this is than other minesweepers! It is well designed and has a great feel. It is also easy to use and navigate. Great job, dev!
  • Everything just clicks

The UI is clean and minimalist, the sounds are pleasing, the tactile feedback is well designed instead of just being a vibration. This is a great implementation of minesweeper. Forget any other version, this is the app to get.
  • One of the best

Only version of Minesweeper besides the version in Puzzles that I enjoy playing on Mac. Two things that I'd love to see: 1. Ability to turn off flagging from long clicks, 2. Custom sizes larger than 99 mines. Thanks for doing this!
  • Nice, clean, approach

This is a very elegant example of what a minesweeper game can look like. My only criticism is that, on smaller screens, I have to scroll the tiles on the normal and advanced difficulties. I really want to be able to have all of the tiles fit on the screen at once. Normal mode *almost* fits on my 11 Pro. It’s really annoying to have to scroll for just two or three tiles.

Hrm, that seems unavoidable due to the nature of the game – there isn't enough screen space on smaller phones to fit all of the tiles while still keeping the hit targets large enough. I'll consider allowing smaller zoom levels but I already have accuracy issues with the current smallest zoom. I suppose it's possible I just have bad aim, haha.
  • Awesome Revamp to a Classic

I used to play minesweeper on Windows and looked for a long time to find a suitable replacement for mobile. This game is it. It’s great to never need to guess and to rely on logic as opposed to luck. Awesomely built and stable and feels right at home on my iPhone!
  • Great take on the classic!

Other than the pencil being a bit twitchy, this is a good, ad-free classic experience. Worth your time if you want to spend a few minutes vegging out.
  • Great Game

This is my first experience with any type of Minesweeper game and I've really been enjoying it. I also appreciate the no ads and the simplicity this has while still being challenging.
