Too many annoyances to recommend
I deleted this app shortly after trying it out. While it’s a great concept, I was put off by several things I was greeted with when I launched the app. First of all, you can’t listen to music while browsing this app. Why?! It keeps stopping my music every time I try to start it again. Second, every time I did not allow some annoying feature like notifications, the app scolded me for it. I’m glad I hid my email from it. I didn’t even bother staying around long enough to try ordering anything.

Terrible app
The idea of this app is appealing but it stops there. I placed my order on February 22nd and I still haven’t received it as of 03/17. I’ve tried several times to contact customer support but they never respond. At this point I feel like I was scammed. I’m going to give it one more week and if I haven’t received my order or a reply then I will file a claim with my bank.

Ummm…yeah
So yes, it’s great to order from this but there’s some major cons. I wrote to customer service regarding my order. No response. Come to find out, my order had been delivered and I had no idea. It got frozen in the snow. Days past, still no response from customer service. Then you will get a notification says take $5 off and you go to order and you don’t get the discount.

Horrible app
I brought car motion medicine for my dog and it end up being 2 month until it expires. So I wanted to return it, but it saids that it needs a return label. I was like okay that’s fine I will just wait until they sent me the label. and guess what they didn’t, so I ask in Customer service and no one responded. does customer service even exist? Like do they even read it? Now it is like 1 month and they have my money and I have a stupid expired product.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I downloaded this app to try because they had a really great deal (I should've known it was too good to be true). I bought something, NEVER received it, never got it canceled or any reply to my multiple inquiries. Then I log into my bank account and noticed they've been taking $9.99 the last 2 months for some recurring fee. Absolute fraud and I don't know how they manipulated reviews to show it at such a high rating. Don't trust this app, download it or give them any info!!!

Scam! ! !Don’t use it!!!
Bought something on 2/20 and it says it was delivered on the 22nd, it's getting delayed every day, it says was already delivered on the 28th, but I never get it! ! ! Without a UPS tracking number, I have no way to return it, firstly I never received it (although it shows delivered) and secondly I haven't received any emails from this app in my mailbox, so I don't have a return label at all? Is my money wasted? Isn't his developer maintaining the app in this deceptive way lol. Of course its customer service is just a decoration, don't waste your time on it. Rubbish! ! !

Scam & horrible customer service
Had to orders that didn’t arrive & I reached out they “canceled” one to which they gave me back my money. The other one was “delivered” so I checked tracking & it was delivered somewhere about 10 minutes from my house. They wouldn’t give me back my money for that I lost about $20 worth of stuff & I don’t think it’s fair. Also it took me about 2 weeks for them to reach out, I had to message them 4 times 🙃

Needs customer support
Update- finally got in touch with someone!!! I think it is a new company and they are finally filling in staff to assist with the purchases. I finally got my refund back and they gave me extra $5 credit in points for taking so long to assist me.
I gave them three stars this time since I did get my orders and they were quick to assist me on my third pick up order. It takes a bit longer for them to make the delivery/ pickup order since it’s a third party.

There’s no phone number or anything else in the app to contact customer support. This app looks nice but lacks a lot of customer support. I really would like it to work but never going to order anything from here until I get my order resolved.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!
You’ll be better off going to store and purchase the household essentials items or ANYTHING else that you will need/ want. First and foremost this company is very “UNPROFESSIONAL” had to contact customer service SEVERAL times about my order. DID NOT receive ANY type of tracking information. The instructions on how to track your order is USELESSNESS. When I finally got a hold to a CSR she still “DID NOT” provide me with my tracking information. If and when your wanting a refund “PLEASE BE AWARE” that they will “ONLY” give you “PARTIAL” of your money back and the other portion in points….SMH…OVERALL the company itself is HORRIBLE and a freaking joke. You look better off “READING” the “REVIEWS” first before you place an order!!!!!

Worst App Ever
I placed a order on feb 13 and every time I go into the app it says its coming on a later date. The day before yesterday it was march 3rd then yesterday march 4th and today march 5th. I’ve tried contacting customer service 6 days ago and still no response. worst app ever never using this again deleting after this issue is resolved. Cancel my order I regret ever downloading this app every time I come into this app it gives a different shipping date . just cancel my order please!!!!!!!!
