added advertisements to the app (horrible idea)
this app is obviously used to control devices. therefore it should not have ads. so imagine my surprise when i opened the app to operate my LED bulb and a 5 second ad pops up. that’s actually crazy. it was a completely fine app to control devices before but adding advertisements is kind of ridiculous. hopefully this is updated in the future

Love the Vacuum Hate the App
The vacuum works wonders in small spaces and large spaces. Unfortunately the technology is severely outdated as it only allows a connection to a 2.4 gHz Wi-Fi connection. Anything larger than that, which is most smart home internet connections these days, it will not even appear on the app as a pairing device. So with that being said, do not lose your remote! Before updating my modem I was able to use the app and it was nice to see the battery percentage and change the suction modes.

Disappointing and Frustrating Experience with an iPhone Application
I must say, the application I recently used on my iPhone was a complete disaster. It not only failed to perform its basic functions but also caused several frustrating issues. To be honest, it was one of the worst applications I have ever used. The app was riddled with countless bugs, leaving me with a sense of disappointment and disbelief. For instance, the schedule feature did not trigger properly, rendering it completely useless. Additionally, every time I turned the strip light on or off, it went back to its factory setting, which was beyond exasperating. Even when I tried to turn off the strip light via the app, it would simply revert to its factory setting, making me feel like I was caught in an endless loop of annoyance. Overall, this app was nothing short of irritating, and I would never recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for an app that actually works, I suggest you steer clear of this one at all costs.

Just missing one thing
The application syncs to Alexa fine, but it does not have the vacuum cleaner listed as a vacuum. Other vacuums we have had with other software show it as a vacuum in Alexa.
Other than that issue though, the software and vacuum work very well.

Really like this vacuum
After having our Eufy robot vacuum for a little bit, we decided to get one for our upstairs areas. This vacuum out performs our current vacuum and at the price you can’t beat it. Probably going to get another to replace our old vacuum.
Not that impressive
It’s nice to keep floors up but the robot gets stuck under chairs and table.
It doesn’t remember how to get back to charging station. Not as impressive as I thought I’d be.

Love this app
This app is flippin amazing and I love how you can do custom combo for light sequence.
Picks up well ..
Love that it picks up well but it can’t find home and tends to stay in the same area way to long , not covering all the space because it can’t get out of a smaller area .. just wish it could find its way back to its dock and work its way out of smaller areas.. if you live in a mobile home like me , I wouldn’t buy it .. it can’t handle smaller spaces .. think they are made for lather open spaces
