If you don't get the game, ignore the red things, pickup the white and level coloured things for more shots. It's easy as hell I beat it first try
Also- I do wish it was more of a "rythm" game as you can play it with sound off and it's not really any different

Interesting, but no rhythm mechanic
The game has potential I suppose, but there doesn’t seem to be any rhythm mechanic to gameplay. The music is great, but aside from the beat occasionally deciding when certain bricks emerge, there’s no incentive to utilize the rhythm. Coming from a background of Crypt of the NecroDancer and all the Rhythm Heaven games, I love rhythm-based games, but the rhythm must be utilized/emphasized, otherwise it’s just another game with good music :/ -perhaps there is a rhythm mechanic I’m missing. This could be remedied with a better tutorial. While I’m sure the developer meant for the tutorial to be simple and approachable, it ended up providing no clarity on what the player is supposed to do, or what any of the icons represent. I get the whole discoverability approach to learning a new game, but it’s too abstract to interpret clearly.

Absolutely working on making rhythm a heavier element. I think possibly there could be ranked scoring for the bosses based on how on the beat you could play? Also working on a new tutorial - I originally wanted to do it without text so it would be understandable in all countries, but that clearly just made it more confusing. Thanks for your feedback! Cool visuals, interesting mechanics, good difficulty. Wish it was more rhythm based though, and the music can get a bit repetitive.

The game’s got good music and equally cool background visuals; it reminds me of caravan palace’s lone digger thematics. One minor issue is that the tutorial is somewhat vague and would potentially confuse some players. Otherwise, its air hockey system makes it pretty intricate for a rhythm game.

Id like to hear chillhop or reggae tracks and - better tutorial with words not just visuals but great concept so far. Also allow the bigger space between lasers so can stop or stop immediately without slow mo.

THIS GAME IS AMAZING!!!
I love the style of the game and the beats are wonderful. It was super easy to learn how to play and I enjoy playing it. I have no complaints about this game so far, and I look forward to see if it continues to be updated with more levels!!!
