App won’t register
I live in Canada and when I try and register for an account there are issues. I enter my email address and then on the next page the app adds “+1” in front on my email address so I can’t received the verification email. It’s like the app adds the +1 as it thinks it’s a phone number. So without being about to verify my account I can not use the two cameras I just purchased.Show lessJoder2727
So disappointed
I got this cheap little teeny cam from Temu because it had great reviews so I figured how could I lose? Lol anyways didn’t realize they scam you with trying to buy storage- could have SWORE the cam said it came with an SD card but I’ll have to double check that but so anyways I decide I’ll buy a month of storage and no payment options work! I am sooooo annoyed! There are 3 payment options: credit card, wallet and PayPal. Tried all 3 and they all failed. I even almost bought a year at first. So bummed about this.Show lessZzSparkzZ
Wow this is SO BAD!
Got the photo frame, and had my grandson add some photos to it. Decided to add some more, and I am completely locked out of the app! Tried all my usual passwords and all errors. Clicked forgot password and get another error. Tried creating a new account both with email and Apple ID and it says I already have an account. Do NOT buy anything from this crappy Chinese company!!Show lessBarge77

Who do I need to contact to log in into a picture frame that I have used for 2 years???
It boots me off after time and it shows error when I try to log in.

I ordered 2 of these Cam thinking they would work with another App. My mistake so I did try with their App. Linklemo and it did speak in Chinese only and fail to register the camera with the QR code printed on the camera. But the detection with their App did work now trying to connect to the web interface ( need the password )So Read carefully what App. run with the camera when you order from the supplier.Show lessnetvue

I ordered the cube camera download the app plug it in to charge everything working but if I unplug the cable from the camera the app on the phone picture freeze I don’t know what’s the reason I like to contact the seller but the disappear from the websiteMaple ont

I really had faith in him... he records with good quality. The interface is not so bad if we don't look at the price... I think they offer a good product for the price, now the cloud utilities are for decoration... unless I take a photo or record a video I can't see The rest... I had an intrusion and it gave me the motion alert but I was never able to watch the video to see the person... hoooo and I also paid the 3 dollars for the plies and it was of no use... App works for photo frame
I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but my lady encouraged me to try it and I’m happy I did. The photo frame syncs instantly to the app and uploads photos and videos! Great appLeakHouse
Does not work in uk
I bought a mini camera and downloaded app but it doesn’t have UK on it so I can’t use.
Why are you selling this in UK when we can’t use it.
