Won’t let me pair my camera

Avoid Completely
Bought a picture frame for the grandparents. The app worked for a bit. Now, it doesn't recognize my email OR phone number. Can't reset my password because it says "data record does not exist" and I can't even create a new account.. it doesn't do anything. I'd give zero stars if it was possible.msphoto70
Does NOT work
App can not connect to A9 camera. Reports that I'm not connected to wifi, even though I am connected to a 2.4GHz band. Can not use camera because developer locked wifi on camera.Barqsdrinker
App not working
I bought this frame for my grandmother last year and she just went on a big trip. Now she wants to upload those photos and it won’t work. I know these apps very well. I can’t login, I can’t create a new account. Nothing. Absolutely unworkable app. Even when I remember it working last year I could only bump one photo at a time. No logins possible. Buggy
The app is limited to sending 9 pictures at a time. This wouldn’t be too disruptive, but I have to close the app and go back in again if I want to send further pictures, so can take some time if uploading multiple images to my frame.
Would also be useful if uploads would work in the background (I.e. queue them and process them in the background), so you don’t need to wait for all uploads to be sent to the frame. Other photo upload apps I’ve used in the past allow background uploading so it doesn’t tie up your device whilst sending to the frame that can take time.Show lessPaulH5566
