App Not Working
We have an iPhone trying to create an account for a photo frame and the app will not let you proceed to set up an account. Have tried from multiple iPhones and it will not work. Please helpSSH Reviews
Doesn’t work at all.
Got this app for a digital photo frame.
I’m in the UK and it won’t let me change the country from America.
When I try to search for another country I just get a blank screen.
It won’t let me create an account - when I enter my email address and press NEXT it just hangs.bpthew

The app was fairly easy to use in the beginning , but when I wanted to upload NEW photos the app kept crashing, I reset my photo frame and lost the pictures that were on it just to have no pictures period. Without the app the photo frame won’t work so ..jx***a
Terrible
Bought 2 of the digital photo frames for Christmas gifts and we’re working great
Now I’m not even able to log in to my account. Saying account doesn’t exist😤

Garbage! Stay away from this App
I’ve been trying to reset my password for weeks and it doesn’t work. I tried resetting my password via email and phone number and when I enter either nothing happens, it doesn’t prompt me to reset my password. I’m very frustrated.NAHSHI

Doesn’t deserve 1 star
This app is terrible it doesn’t actively send alerts to your phone when it identifies movements consistently. The camera is good but it only works with this app unfortunately. I had an account and now it’s saying I am not registered this is horrible I do not recommend until they fix this issue my camera is useless because I can’t login.Show lessyour welcome for the review

I got this as a gift a year ago and was fine from the start. Now… the app doesn’t work and trying to log in “account data isn’t found”. Do not recommend at all.product is a joke
