Makes the product completely unusable
The app glitches every time I try and open a new album, and you can only select 9 photos to upload at a time. Will be writing a review on Amazon saying this product is unusable because of the app. Very disappointed.c reviews on app store

I got the WiFi picture frame for Christmas and was excited I saw the reviews and got a bit scared. Set everything up and the app is a bit slow but the pictures upload, it was easy to set up and works as it advertised! No complaints so farChubby in Afghanistan

Upload via email either takes ages or you have to disconnect and reconnect WiFi. Support web site all in Chinese. Some buttons show in Chinese. Some uploads appear rotated 180 degrees.Chastastic16

The link never sent a verification code and it asks you to agree to a service and privacy statement but when you click on one, nothing is actually there… it’s a blank page. So they want you to agree to something but don’t actually let you see it. Scam company and very sketchy app. Do not recommend.Show lessMara 1012

Login problem
I was able to login once and set up my device but not I get an error: data record doesn’t exist. Password reset doesn’t work. New account doesn’t work. Update: to login change the country +Americas to something else and back and then it will let you create a login or login.Tigerru
