Won’t let me into my account
Tried to go into app to add pictures. Keep getting a “data record does not exist” & did the same to my daughter and niece. Not sure what’s going on but need it fixed ASAP.icuthair73
Version 1.6.2 DOES NOT WORK
Since update 3 days ago, I can’t log into the App. I get an error that says “Data record does not exist.” So now I’m stuck and can’t do anything. Please fix it ASAP!Sllrsvllgal

I’ve never been more disappointed in an app. This was supposed to be an easy to use system (which is why we got the photo frame for my grandparents). So hard to set up and impossible to use!! App keeps saying I need the correct information to log in (which I am using).nnnnnnnaaaaaaaaq

Is this app five stars? No. But is it worth the one star reviews some users are giving it? No. I’m just doing my part to balance the playing field.
It short, it’s a poorly translated app with a bad UI, but the features do work.
What others have said:

That simply isn’t true. I, as well as family members have uploaded from our library multiple times. I don’t think the user is lying. I think they are having issues with the horrible user interface. It’s the opposite of intuitive.

I assure you that it does on iDevices. However, it appears to have been removed from the Google Play Store, so your android family members will be left out of sharing photos.
Real issues are below:
Android users cannot get the app anymore from the play store.
Some parts of app are still in Chinese
Getting within certain parts of app are not intuitive.
Members can register with either phone or email. However, sometimes it won’t accept phone numbers. I do feel off-put registering with any “real” email address or phone number with a sketchy app such as this.
TL;DR - It’s cheap, poorly translated, and far from intuitive. It requires you to use information (phone number or email) and that gets sent to a company you’ve never heard of. But, if you can figure out how to use the app, it does what it says it does.Show less5coot

Works fine
After reading reviews on here I was nervous about our digital picture frame. Downloaded the app and it works fine if you have any level of experience with apps and using them.RunningChad
App is crap.
This app is crap. Whoever designed it is horrible at customer interface.
If you can avoid buying their products at that are used wit this app, AVOID IT.
I got their digital photo frame and this app is used to send photos to the frame.
This app will only allow you to upload from your photo library ONE time. That’s right. If you are setting it up for someone make sure you click EVERY SINGLE photo you want uploaded and pick from the photos that were uploaded to your “frame library” to be displayed on the frame.
Second issue, this app will not allow approved members (people who can send photos to the frame) upload pictures from their library. You have to enter the app, capture photos with the camera in the app and then upload it that way. No problem but kind of an issue for me since I’m constantly forgetting to take photos so my husband takes them and we have to be conscientious about opening the app just to take photos for the digital frame.
Thought this was gonna be a hit but until these two problems are addressed, I’m highly disappointed.Show lessCsgfhifhv
App will not send verification code
While this may be a great photo frame, the whole reason I wanted it was to have the app to go with it. The app is supposed to send a verification code and after 20 mins and several tries, no verification code has ever been sent.
Therefore, the app will not work and the product is being returned.Bettafish2006
