New momma
I’m a new mom and I have been really stressed and anxious. I decided to give this a try and since I’ve never tried meditation before, I wasn’t sure if it would help. It did actually help and I felt so much better. The more I used it, the more it helped. I would do it at night and it helped me relax and fall asleep easier. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a little more calmness in their lives and that is feeling pretty stressed and worn down from motherhood.

Incredible!!! Life changing
I am absolutely obsessed!!! I have tried meditation for so many years and downloaded every app trying to find something that worked for me - I even had a one on one session with a famous meditation guide and literally nothing worked. MamaZen is everything you want and need!!! The emergency sessions are so quick and helpful! I am struggling trying to find words to explain how different this is and how life changing it is to finally have an app that gives me exactly what I’ve been searching for all my life. It is so much more than meditation - the hypnotherapy aspect helps me reach a meditative state almost instantly. You just have to try it. As a new mom trying to navigate working from home and being a good wife, mother and employee I feel like this app needs to be part of everyone’s day to maintain mental wellbeing. If you’re thinking of downloading and you’re reading this - just do it. It is a game changer. I feel so calm and aware of my every move I feel so connected to my family and appreciative of the day instead of just trying to make it through... it’s amazing!! I never leave reviews but I feel so compelled to tell as many people as I can about this! If you’re struggling with finding balance or you feel yourself trying to just get through the day I promise this will completely change your perspective!
