Flawed password reset system
Even after uninstalling and re-downloading the app, I cannot access my account because it wont allow me to change my password even after meeting the security requirements.

IBC has to fix the the change password cause it’s not working

I would give it a negative -10 but that is not on there. The lady was not helpful at the card control customer service. I have a recording the way she was taking to me. It would show my old card but not my new card. The lady said she sees both cards which I told her I don’t see the new card then she kept saying it over and over again without trying to do other solutions.

Can’t event log in to this app. Unbelievable.
Password situation needs fixing
When I try to log in and I input the correct password it says that the password is invalid and when I click forget password and I’m setting up a new password with the criteria it’s asking for it still doesn’t accept the new password. Pls fix password situation
Doesn’t work
App never shows any transactions for my two cards. Deleted and reinstalled but still doesn’t work. Useless app.
It’s crap
This is third time I had to install this app and works fine for a while then it deletes all my transactions I’ve done. I’m over it 😠
Great idea with bad interface
I love the app when it’s working because i can keep track of my transactions and control the card but sometimes the app just logged you out for no reason and you can’t connect even with the right password. And it’s a nightmare to change the password even meeting when you meet the criteria for the new password it won’t take it. I think there is a lot of room to improve this app

I’m sorry but I have had so much trouble with this app. It is useful but if you can log in. I had so much trouble with the password and creating the account. Please fix this!
