Frustrating

Finally managed to book in online for six of us, mixture of the app and website but only one boarding pass available, tapped to put into wallet - but it didn’t arrive! Can’t find where the boarding passes are in either the app or the website??

Mostly works as expected

Mostly works as expected. The only thing that didn’t work was adding the boarding pass to my Apple wallet; it crashed the app. If this happens it’s worth hitting share and sending passes to your WhatsApp as you need internet access to see your BCs in the app.

This must be a joke

1- Luftansa directs to here. My booking code doesn’t work. When I call I learn there’s a different booking code for SunExpress that isn’t stated on my ticket.
2- Check in screen doesn’t load for minutes. When I call they say it’s a temporary glitch. Different error messages on phone browser vs app vs laptop browser.
3- When it finally does, it takes me to passenger details, which has a pre-filled mandatory field “membership number” that I can’t edit. It gives an error “invalid membership number” and I can’t proceed.
4- I create a profile and select my gencer as female. When I try to check-in it pre-fills my name and puts prefix “MR” which I cannot edit.

How can you run an airline business if you can’t even check in to your flight? It’s full of bugs. Completely unacceptable.

Not great

Tried checking in family of 4, the first 3 passengers no problem but wouldn’t allow 4th passenger to checkin. Somehow it would default the passport number of the 4th passenger to that of the 3rd, tried overwriting the passport number but wouldn’t allow it.
Even tried deleting and reinstalling but made no difference.

App requires a little more testing.

Easy to use and better than expected

Dispute previous reviews, I found the app easy to use and managed to check my whole party of 11 in at once. There was a slight issue on a DOB, but the WhatsApp passenger support sorted it in no time. I’m guessing they’ve updated the app to fix bugs.

Very very terrible

The app is quite slow and does not load pages correctly. I had tried to book my seats for both outbound and return flights, as soon as you go to pay it says “please wait while processing payment” money will leave your account as i noticed twice! But seats do not appear to be booked and 30mins later on the app it still says processing payment. Ive had to call my bank to sort it. Guess I’ll just have to sit anywhere and hope for the best. This is such a terrible app i dread to think what the plane itself will be like.

Terrible app feels intentional

Your app is broken so does your website.
I am trying to check in and it doesn’t work. Its obviously broken and really bad. If you are doing this as a trick to charge people 15 quid at the counter. Tough luck its not going to happen. If its out of incompetence don’t serve customers until you fix this.

Can’t get boarding passes

The app is terrible it won’t allow me to see boarding pass or move the to wallet, get message saying GrtPNRinfo couldn’t find booking, deleted the app and reinstalled it but still no luck. had to do it online and had boarding passes emailed to me

Still not working

Took 2 years for you to get a new app and new web site, still it DOES NOT WORK!!!
